This is a small, pleasant boutique hotel in a great location near the Museum of Art. The staff are polite and courteous, there are comfortable chairs in the lobby, and coffee is served starting at 7:00 am. The room was roomy and the beds comfortable.

It’s a very cute hotel, loved the smart mirror. I love how it’s not in the center of everything but close enough to get to everything. It was super quiet at night not noise problems. Would definitely recommend to stay here again! Staff is super friendly

The air conditioning unit is located at the top of the bed and was extremely noisy. It turned on and off all night long. It was too hot to turn it off so for a light sleeper it was a sleepless night. Person at desk acknowledged other complaints about the noise from the A/C.

Very pleasant small hotel perfectly located for the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Barnes Collection. The rooms are quite serviceable, but small with unnecessarily complicated technology (lights, mirrors with maps in them), and the bed is comfortable (but the pillows were large and hard). There’s not anything around in the way of restaurants, but it’s not too far to better options by bus. For the price, it’s a good choice if you want to visit the nearby cultural attractions.
