Room was adequate and clean, staff were friendly. Wasn't able to get anyone in room service, concierge, or others of the direct dial buttons on the phone after checking into the room, but eventually the gentlemen at the front desk was able to help me with finding a great spot for a walk up holiday meal. The amenities left a bit to be desired when compared to my stay at this same property a few years ago. The bathrobe was much thinner and a lower quality, there were less overall amenities in the room and offered as additional services (things like turn down, bath, other specialties, and less room service options)

I've stayed at Ritz Carlton properties for years and for the most part my stays have been enjoyable. However, this stay was one of the worst in recent memory and I'm not sure if I will stay at a Ritz Carlton property again in the future. Some of the pillow cases were stained/dirty, the towels felt like sand paper, the phone was not working, the fire alarm went off at 6am Sunday morning and life safety instructions were unclear at best, my wife ordered a bagel and it was not only poor in quality it was burnt black, just a terrible experience.

Bed was really comfy. Wasn't impressed with the room though for the prices of a Ritz and it didn't have refrigerator other than the mini-bar. The bartenders and bellmen were FANTASTIC! Breakfast was average, but the eggs were excellent! Be aware you will hear the bell from City Hall on the hour so if you want to sleep in, don't stay here!
