I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. I especially loved the breakfast brunch at the Co-Op restaurant —fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again…PS: Parking charges were a bit too high in my humble opinion.

Attention to detail goes long way

The hotel is close to the University and several other attractions. Service can def be improved. On Sunday, I visited its restaurant and it wasn’t as pleased as I would have liked. My server appeared to have a runny nose and was snotting through the service and it made me feel uncomfortable. Also, his uniformed looked dirty and his overall appearance unkempt. Pertaining to my room, the shower was completely out of shampoo and body wash (I learned it when showering). I requested the housekeeper to service my room and please replenish the missing items. She promptly changed those, and shared she will be serving my room eventually (she never did7. Overall, I prob won’t chose this hotel again.

Staff were courteous and very professional and accommodating. Because my wife was having surgery at Penn they extended check out time. Restaurant food was excellent and service as well. Overall could not be more accommodating
