We love the Windsor and stay here whenever we're in Philadelphia. Due to an error through Expedia.com this time and eronrous offers to upgrade check in times and rooms we had an issue. But the manager made sure we had the room that we wanted both nights without paying for the upgrade and comped our parking + gave us free drink coupons to make up for our inconvenience We were happy with our stay and will return

Location and size of the space was perfect for us. We were able to walk to all the attractions, buy groceries and dine out without having to worry about driving and parking. Would consider parking at the public parking garage right beside the hotel for a cheaper rate in the future.

Really great place to stay. Walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. The room was larger than I expected and really comfortable for our 3 night stay. Was a little noisy with traffic when emergency vehicles went by but we got used to it. The staff was so great, made the stay even better. Would recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff was welcoming, informational and kind. Regarding staff on a whole, everyone we came into contact with was lovely. However, the cleanliness in the bathrooms was seriously lacking. Brown stains seemed to be streaking towards the drain in the bathtub. There was also a grout-like substance left behind. Possibly cleaner that had not been properly rinsed out. The bathroom sink was not draining property, therefore, leaving rings of dirt behind. It took about ten minutes for the sink to drain.
