This hotel was in a great location and for the value and price worth it. If you’re not spending much time in the room, it’s OK. The beds aren’t that comfortable and it’s very old. It needs a renovation, but there are some cool perks to it with the Art in the lobby the room just needs some TLC Overall I would stay there again for the price, but I’m a huge fan of Lowe’s and stay there usually.

Hotel near CHOP
My husband, child and I were staying over to be close to CHOP, as he had surgery the next day. We had to call down for heater/air conditioning twice as it was not working at all. There was garbage underneath the night stand, the tv stand, and the in the bathroom.

I really loved that the Warwick Hotel was close and easy to walk to a number of dining, shopping and entertainment options. The Warwick staff were delightful and always willing to help and/or assist. However, I reserved a deluxe King room. I was placed in a regular room. The heating unit in the room failed and I had to move to another room in the middle of the stay, moved to the room I should have originally received. I would stay again, but only last resort and pricing was advantageous.

To be frank, the hotel in our opinion on every metric, less location, under delivered from the photos and descriptions on Hotels.com Staff was most unwelcoming- we don’t need fuss, but a modicum of congeniality would be nice. The room was oddly laid out and definitely dated in a levels; beds & bathroom. Sorry, my first negative review.
