The staff at our evening check-in were amazing! We had gotten married earlier in the day and the young lady upgraded our room and gave us a later than usual checkout. The security guard even brought additional waters to our room after speaking with my husband in the hallway. We will definitely book a return stay!

They need to update their website. There’s no room service, the service in restaurant is lacking, the menu selections were below par. Concierge was so very friendly and housekeeping was great w extra coffee.

We booked a room with a king size bed and when I got upstairs, it was two queens. When I called down inquiring about why I wasn’t given the room I booked he said because by the time I got here, it was sold out to others. I do not understand why they would give away the room I booked to anyone, so this was extremely disappointing. We also noticed that there were some stains on the wall but otherwise it was OK. The main reason I booked this hotel was because they had a king size bed and I could’ve gotten anywhere else for the queens. Very disappointing.

The concierge was great, so nice and helpful. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful too. Location great very walkable. The room could have been better, tub drain very slow causing water to fill in tub during shower, tv in our room didn’t work and sounded like drag racing going on, on the street outside our window.

It seemed dark in the hallways on the way to the room. It was very noisy outside since our room was along a street. The bathrooms seemed a little dated and small.

Ask for a room on the side of the hotel away from the fire department if you want any sleep. Also, make sure front desk validates your parking voucher or you may be double charged.
