Last minute changes on business, LuxCity would not refund early departure, highly recommend not using if possible changes on your next trip may change your LuxCity stays No Refund Sad business practice, unheard in the travel business

This was my second time staying at LuxCity. I came for work, and I really appreciate the roomier options, with separate living space, at affordable prices. It's a little further from downtown, but the property, amenities, and services are well worth it. I particularly appreciate the free laundry. They even let us shower and hang out in the comfy spa after we went sightseeing downtown between checkout and our evening flight. Would stay again.

Loved my stay there and would definitely book again. Only issue I had was finding a giant cockroach in our room one night. I called the staff and they came and got rid of it for me and I haven’t seen anymore after.

Fantastic stay the staff were friendly and very helpful with things to see and do. The pool on the 24th floor had wonderful views and just the right temperature. The lounge has live music in the evening for your dining enjoyment, also a buffet breakfast with western and local cuisine. I highly recommend.
