Lovely pool, terrace area and roof top bar. Room was nice, although we had a view of a bamboo wall which was masking an AC unit. Would have appreciated clearer communication of Happy Hour Rules (it’s two of the same drink, not two drinks for the price of one), and the laundry was the most expensive we have come across in Asia so far! Overall, still a v nice place to stay, and staff were very friendly and warm, remembering names after one encounter.

Stunning hotel with an excellent location

The location of this hotel in central Phnom Penh right across from the Royal Palace is absolutely perfect. The hotel is stunning, with many beautiful details including period furnishings, artwork, etc. The breakfast is excellent, as is the rooftop bar (with great views of the city). One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in in SE Asia.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and everything from the pool and restaurant to the service and gym was truly outstanding. Even the price was reasonable, and the location couldn’t have been better. A fantastic stay overall!

The staff was nice and professional. The area around the pool is the nicest part of the hotel by far. The rest is unfortunately quite ordinary and it is disappointing because the pictures of the pool set an expectation of comfort and luxury. We can see than an effort was made to put art and furniture everywhere but it just feels overloaded and tacky. The rooms are weirdly decorated and they just don’t feel cozy. They feel like big rooms that they tried to fill with stuff by people who did not really know what they were doing. The automatic spray device in the elevator is awful. It wreaks of cheap perfume. So nice place, well located, nice staff, nice service, nice pool but does not carry the type of luxury you would expect from what you see in the pictures. They should hire someone to look at how they can make it feel more comfortable and quiet-luxury - it definitely has a lot of potential (or maybe I am not the target audience and I have different taste - I am westerner)

Perfect Resort in the Heart of Phnom Penh

The whole place is perfect. Service is 5-star and its’s literally in front of the palace and monites walk from the national museum and the riverside. Khmer-French art everywhere in the hotel! If you are in Phnom Penh, I’ll only stay here.
