Nice large apartment type hotel room. Good service also. But main complaint is water in shower is purposely kept quite cold This is so unfair and unnecessary. Let the guest decide what temperature water to use, not the hotel forcibly keeping it cold to save money. Very disappointed with this.

Super friendly staff and good location in the heart of BKK1, an expat centered part of the city. Safe and clean. Its also an apartment complex for expats so there are residents whom are respectful and kind. They are not very good at enforcing health rules though, like noise pollution (loud loud music from the neighbors), and not able to reinforce the no smoking rule in the apartments. But the staff are always responsive and try their best to fix things
