! Here’s a more polished and impactful version of your review: ⸻ My wife and I stayed here for one night, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room had a foul smell and did not appear clean at all. Everything was outdated, and this property is definitely more of a motel than a resort. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work, which was extremely inconvenient. The door looked like it had previously been kicked in, and because of that, light was visible through the gaps, which made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about security. The staff was not helpful during our stay. I was there on business and needed assistance, but they were unable or unwilling to help. Upon checkout, I requested a receipt and was told that since I did not book directly through them, they could not provide one — which was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property to friends or family, and I would definitely not be returning

The room was clean and comfortable if a bit small. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s just that we were expecting more of the place. As one other reviewer suggestef, it is more like an average motel than a hotel or resort.

All Support Staff @ the Front Desk were very nice. Room was dirty and neglected. Grounds were dirty and not maintained. Photos on Expedia are totally outdated and a complete misrepresentation of the hotel. They were clearly taken 10+ years ago! Nothing is as shown in the photos.

The pictures and reviews are misleading. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it’s comparable to a Motel 6. Stayed for 4 nights and it wasn’t the experience I expected based on the reviews and pictures. Our room wasn’t cleaned any of the days we were there, there was noise from outside at all hours of the night, the rooms are certainly outdated, coffee from the previous guest left in the coffee maker, the gym was barely usable (singles of most dumbbells, etc). The pictures shown on the listing are mostly of local surrounding areas, not this hotel.. there is not actually an on-site restaurant, but an adjacent local restaurant.

The resort was in a great location. The room was cleanish, the carpet looked a little questionable. Some downsides are the following: rooms are small with little storage if you are there for several days, rooms are outdated, outdoor furniture in the pool area is in need of replacement. Kind of a sit at your own risk situation. The gym is pretty much non functional.
