Receiving my keys initially I wasn’t given a lot of information on the property and where to park for convenience to my room so I was wandering around. The guy had headphones in and seemed stressed and rushed through everything. Wasn’t satisfied with my stay at all so I left early and feel like I wasted money.

Bedding didn’t appear to be changed. Sheets were wrinkled, worn, and gray. I found a long black hair in the bed and there was a blood stain on the mattress pad that you could see through the sheets. The carpet was very dirty and worn along with the fixtures. The room was tiny. This was like a motel with entrance from the outside. The pool area was nice but we never had the opportunity to use it.

For the price, it was clean and has good facilities like a pool. However, the WiFi was unstable, unsecured and spotty. I was unable to work as the WiFi kept dropping off. They said they knew it was a problem and said they were upgrading/updating it but I think they may have just said that, so if you need WiFi, don’t stay here.

I stay here and another hotel at least once a year. I like this property. There is a disc golf course across the street but I always forget my discs. I would recommend they have some that you can borrow. This stay was disappointing though. I only had a cold shower. When I called the front desk they sent the repair guy who said it was hot enough. It was only luke warm and if you are in the shower that equals freezing.

They truly made an effort to have beds & pillows that are top notch. Maybe the building is old but they have redecorated in a very tasteful way. The shower head is one of the best ones in the market. Great value for my money

Great 3.2 star hotel for the money!
Stayed here before, really good hotel for short stays or if you want to be in a good location for old town and Tempe. They would get 5 stars if they didn’t still do the 1995 move with releasing the $100 deposit. Banking is so fast nowadays the holds should be done immediately. And for that reason they get 4 stars.

Pool and hot tub were always clean. The area is very quiet and a great place to walk to dining restaurants and close to stores if you need anything. Staffs were all very friendly! Check in was smooth and fast.
