The staff was very friendly and helpful. They brought more towels and coffee packets down to us quickly when requested. There is a lovely park right across the street. The pool area is large and attractive. Rooms are small, with no table and only one old "easy" chair. Decor is dated. Heating system is extremely loud.

Great budget friendly place to stay

Very clean, comfortable and price was great. Front desk was very helpful. Only down side to this stay was the noisy people next door the walls are very thin and the doors are very loud when they close.

I liked the hotel and would stay here again. The Scottsdale hotel area is overpriced and this was a good relative price. Not super fancy but had been obviously renovated so was in good condition for an older hotel. The location was super convenient. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Everyone was very nice.

This property is worn. Air conditioning is terrible and noisy. Furniture is falling apart. Paint and wallpaper pealing. Holes in bed linens.

This property looks NOTHING like the pictures. The front office was incredibly small with spiderwebs and dust all in the ceiling with deflated balloons lingering at the top. The room was very outdated, the door looked like it was open as there was a gap when it wS closed. The curtains wouldn’t completely closed, there were stains on the top part of the curtains and all over the lamps. The pillows and sheets were well worn with stains on the duvet. This hotel is NOT at all what was pictured and it was incredibly disappointing. The only positives I can say is the pool is perfect temp and great for swimming or relaxing at the hot tub and the beds were comfortable, even though it was questionable on the cleanliness.

Front lobby and rooms are very tired and worn. This place needed a renovation 5 years ago. Lobby and check in is way below acceptable. Friendly, but not really professional.

It wasn't at all as pictured. It was dirty, the building looks like an old apartment, it wasn't as clean inside, there were hairs and stains in the bed. No breakfast offered, and worst of all, no elevator. If you have luggage, elevator is a must. There was a park across the street from the motel, that was the only nice thing.

The room was small with very outdated furniture. There was a very strong chemical smell in the room. I believe it was from being sprayed for pest control given that i saw a guy going room to room with a canister/sprayer the next morning. The room itself appeared clean. We arrived very late at night and felt uneasy right away. We were woken up in middle of the night to someone yelling and slamming a door. There was no food available (not even a vending machine) and the coffee in the "guest lounge" was questionable. Literally 1 coffee urn, lids that didn't fit the cups, and an open container of an unlabelled white powder. We ended up leaving the next day, less than 12 hours after checking in and seeking other accommodations. There are pictures of a bar and a booth that do not exist at this hotel. It's very misleading and we did not feel comfortable or safe sleeping there or leaving our belongings unattended.
