Not at all what the pictures portray

Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. This felt very much like a Motel 6 and not at all like a resort. Nothing wrong with that if that is what you are expecting. But when you are expecting a resort - it’s disappointing. Many of the loungers at the pool were ripped and unusable. The shower curtain isn’t long enough so you have to mop up the water with your towels after showering. And then go get some more towels from the office, IF they have any.

Definitely not the Same Hotel

I've stayed here many times as 3 Palms. Never any issues. My stay now was not great. There was a big dog swimming in the pool. Quick response from staff. Loud music during the night and 8am the next morning. Front desk responded quickly. Staff are very friendly. The overall condition of the room was great and comfortable but not quiet. I hope my next stay will be better.

Sew close to great...

Everything was pretty good until I noticed on the floor a sewing needle between the bedroom area and the bathroom. I could've easily punctured my foot with it as I got a room that had a Jacuzzi in it. Things seem clean etc. but it really bothered me that that was on the floor and hadn't been seen by the maid, I saw it fortunately before I got hurt....

I couldn’t sleep because of extremely inconsiderate guests. I was trying to rest since I had to wake up at 6 AM for a 9 AM flight. However, the people in the room next to mine kept banging their door — I’m not sure if they were fighting, but it went on for hours. After making noise until around 4:30 AM, they started moaning loudly — and yes, I could hear everything through the walls. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. I tried calling the front desk to report the disturbance, but no one was on duty. No staff were checking the hallways to ensure things were quiet or to respond to guest complaints. I was extremely disappointed. I will never stay here again and definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone.
