Great stay all the way! Jesus Jr. helped me with the computers in the lounge and wouldn’t leave till I was set up-another generation working to keep this place special! And JESSICA helped me until my requested room was ready and then came to get me. This place has become home with such great people running it. Micheal kept us informed during the storm and answered all questions with care. And once again, the room was spotless and cool . didn’t even miss the jet tub, it was so great as is! Thanks again Elyah for your smiles and 3 palms for your consistency and care!!

First room we checked in had stains on the bedding and hairs on the pillowcases. After changing the room, that was a bit cleaner, we found out that shower doesn’t work at all. I called to complain about it and yield at them for that, saying that I want my money back for not providing us service. 10:30 pm. Then I got the call that I need to check out. They called police, who were bad, I mean very bad. I wish less police like that. They told me to move out at 11:30 pm. Or go to jail. I wish they get same experience one day. Terrible place.
