The check in took longer than expected. Our receptionist did not explain why. She just kept clicking buttons on her computer and mumbling to herself. This took more than 10 minutes. Our room had only 2 towels and the trash cans did not have liners. The worst part was the large amount of hair stuck to the bathroom door along the base and halfway up to the top of the door. We used to stay quiet often when it was the 3 Palma. We will not be returning.

I was a little nervous about staying here after reading some of the negative reviews. I didn't see anyone hanging out in the parking lot at all,no one knocked or tried to kick my door in. It was actually extremely quiet,not many people there. I did hear a door closing quite a few times upstairs from 4 to 6 am but I was on the first floor. Everything was fairly clean,a couple hairs in the shower and the room chair has some stains. TV worked fine,no extra charges to my credit card,the fridge and microwave seemed to be in a normal place and not low to me! Good price on the room for having a big tub in it. I couldn't get the jets to work in the tub,maybe I didn't press hard enough. Both men who checked me in and out were very nice. The park across the street is big and looked clean and nice. I would definitely stay again!

Beds are very comfy
It was a nice hotel & the area looked fairly nice & felt safe there. My TV wasn't working, but the front desk graveyard person moved me into another room & didn't realize I had a hot tub room & had to move me to a 3rd room & that one was perfect. They also allowed me to check out late without charging me for the hour extra I took to check out of my room. Highly recommend this hotel.oh & their beds where simply amazing especially for what the room rate I got was, definetly wasn't expecting to get a room so nice with beds that comfy!

I loved how clean and fresh my room was. The bathroom was sparkling!! Everything smelled so fresh and new. There was not a speck of dust anywhere! I slept like a baby in the soft, fresh sheets too!!
