Everything was broken - pool, gym, chairs, mattress was awful, TV didn't work and doors look like they had been pried open with a crow bar. I had enjoyed a stay there once before given the awesome pool, but I won't be staying there again.

They shut off the water in the middle of the night and I had no running water the next morning. Since no one was at the desk I had to call to get 20 minutes of water to take a shower.

My fiance and I had a terrible experience to the point we didn’t stay the entire stay. The in room jacuzzi didn’t work. The bed spread and sheets had stains. We were in the room for less than 20 minutes and killed 7 mosquitos in the room as well.

The pictures on this site are very very deceiving. Room was very small. Dirty pool/spa. No bar there. Picture is of a local Asian restaurant. Not at all to do with hotel. Unless u count the 10% discount. TVs are not smart TV only local channels.

The place is old and not maintained at all. Upon deciding to leave and checkout, witnessed: Maintenence man arrived and the manager spoke with him in front of us. In regards to him not responding to her phone calls or msgs to come to work. Initially, I paid 3 nights, thinking this place was a good find. Only to be disappointed with the shower curtain rod being installed with a slant and it was loose too. This was a safety hazard. It would opened upon showering and got water on the floor. I reported it. Mgr wanted to try to put us in another room. Our plans changed and i did not want to deal with this rundown place. Rooms are small and packed. Stale odor. Open areas are clean but dirt & dead bugs in the corners. Carpet dark and unclean, not sure if this was what had the strange odor. Lots of repainting of the walls, but the flooring and furniture needs help. I donated my extra to nights, the place was unsafe for my elders & not sanitary. Manager refuse to comp us. I was done, just turned in my keys and left. Dont waste ur time on this place, the pictures on their site is deceiving. I went back to my hilton honors.
