I booked this room for a quiet staycation. The "VIP" room I was put in was the worst room on the property and the farthest away on the top floor - I was basically in the alley, in the apartments next door. I was so far away that my room was not even in the hallway - it was just hanging out at the end. There was no complimentary bottle of wine, as stated on my reservation. And all the staff were rude. The woman who checked me in was later in the parking lot, taking pictures of me and my friends as we drank on the balcony. She did not even try to hide - she just stood there taking video or photos of us. I think they wanted to charge me for having 3 people in the room, but I immediately checked out after that. We wanted to go to the rooftop bar and have more fun, but my privacy and my safety in that hotel felt violated, and we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Our time at the pool was also floundered by rude staff. It was 115 degrees outside, but they refused to let us bring in clear, basic water bottles. And, of course, the water jugs inside were empty. And then the pool staff took forever to take our order - and the server was so rude when she finally got to us (it was not busy on a Sunday). It was like us being there was a huge inconvenience for them - despite being a guest of the hotel! Overall, it was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. I do no reccommend it. The rude staff, shotty accommodations, and lack of privacy make this a DO NOT STAY EVER AGAIN!

We’ve stayed here before and enjoy the getaway. Rooms are nice with great AC in the Phoenix summer! The pool however was uncomfortably warm. Luckily with the shade we still enjoyed ourselves but they really need to put in something to move the water (fountains maybe?) which would keep it cooler! The server was also so wonderful. Not sure his name but he was very attentive, and enjoyable with great drink recommendations. We will stay again.

This hotel has everything, great pool with amazing drinks, an amazing bar , a rooftop bar at that. Great check in perk with the pop bar paletas.the area near by has walkable restaurants and bars and its 5 outta 5 for me

I enjoyed the boutique retro AZ decor and in-room desk; the spacious room with balcony; the lemongrass toiletry items, the relaxing pool area, and the misted rooftop bar; I loved the welcome popsicle. Parking was pretty full.
