Top notch customer service. We stayed at the hotel for its proximity to the Phoenix airport. We had a very early flight and I mindlessly left medication in the fridge of the room we stayed in. I called the hotel from my flight, and the next morning received a call from Nickolas Pratt, who took care of everything necessary for the overnight shipment of my meds home. He provided the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced in years. Not only did he call to walk me through the process, but he followed up with confirmation after he personally took the package for shipment. Not only was ALOFT a perfect place to stay prior to our flight, but they followed up with a best in class effort after my stay ended. Cannot recommend a better hotel close to the airport if you are in Phoenix.

I loved the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Everything was well-kept, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. However, we had a small issue: unfortunately, we couldn't take the airport shuttle because they didn't have availability or service at 5:30 am, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, one of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the breakfast, but unfortunately, it wasn't available at the time we needed it. Despite these issues, our stay was very enjoyable, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. I would definitely return, but I hope these details are considered for future visits.

Great beds/thin walls

Comfy beds- weird decor. The bed frame on our bed was so old-loud-creaky! Every time you'd move or turn over, the squeaking would wake everyone in the room! The kids complained that the bathroom door didn't lock- trendy sliding barn door style- and that there was a frosted glass pane from the shower into the room. Also no shelves in the shower for personal items. Got the room for the airport access and shuttle, but daughter had a 4am airport arrival/6am flight. Shuttle is only 6am to 10pm, but only 5 minutes/1.9 miles away. Parking was 15 dollars!! Normally, you are paying for the safety of a worker keeping an eye on the lot, but this was all done electronically via 3rd party vendor. No people around. Ridiculous. You couldn't even pay the worker inside. Had to be done via QR code. Eye roll. That would be enough to keep me from coming back. People were in and out all night (surely because of the airport location), and I don't know why (thin walls? Thin doors?) But we heard every. Single. One. The best part was the black out shades! Yes!! Love these! Pillows were great, best: sink OUTSIDE the toilet/shower room. This also had lots of shelves and the interesting closet where the rod comes out at you to save space- verses running horizontally like a traditional closet. Funky, but investing space- saver. Complimentary coffee (only hazelnut creamer!) and tea, but NO ICE MAKERS in the hotel. This is a weird new trend. Receptionist has stash. Bkst sandwiches for sale: $6.

The hotel was very run down. Waited at front counter for some time to get checked in. No shuttle drive in am to the airport, they nicely got us an Uber. Surrounding area has no food options nearby and the amount of homeless and people just (hanging out) is very uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

Overall stay was great. The beat part has to be the amenities in the lounge area such as pool table, plenty of seating options, and games to choose from. I was bummed the hotel bar was closed though for my whole stay.

I've always liked the uniqueness of Aloft properties. This location had those same qualities. I did feel that the reservation desk area was a little unkempt and not very inviting upon arrival. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The room we had which was 410 was super clean. The walls were very thin though I unfortunately heard the people next to us doing the deed. So not fun. I also didn’t like how parking was extra so we had to pay for that. Make sure you double check so you don’t get charged $30 since it’s only $15. Overall was good though and in a nice area.

This was a very convenient airport hotel. The area is by the airport, there is not much around unless you take a car into the city. They offer an airport shuttle free of charge. Our room was clean but because it was on the first floor it was a little noisy from the lobby.
