The room we were given was quite run down. Sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had stains. Walls, ceilings and furniture was in disrepair.

It's an old building that has been cleaned up as best as $ could afford. The white pillows were more like smokey white and one torn. There were no wastebaskets. I canNOT recommend it. I prefer to pay more for more decent conditions!

Stay away.

Terrible place to stay "extended wise". I had pest control walk into my room without PRIOR notice from the property, I was showering and my daughter was asleep in the bed, than I didn't hurry up enough housekeeping also came to interrupt me. Our coffee maker didn't work, I called the front desk. They said they would replace it never got one. Towels were so hard to come by as well. The standard are obviously NOT THERE.

DO NOT COME HERE

Everything was terrible,it looks like homeless people have been living in and out for free.it smells like meth in the rooms,they do NOT have smoke detectors. There’s holes in the walls ,mold growing in the walls. You can tell people have been trying to break in from the windows. There’s burn holes in the so called blankets.They have a coffe thing but they don’t provide you with no coffee no cups. They had assigned a different customer to our room we were staying in. They don’t have normal sheets ,towels and bedding have shoe prints on them . They make you wait an hr ti get new towels because they have one lady doing housing. The young lady is rude she stares at you with attitude and talks to you with attitude just like the owners do. They do not help you with anything they just try to argue with you so they don’t have to refund you for not wanting to be there. We called health department it’s that bad. Motel 6 is way better so go to them instead.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!

This was a nightmare from beginning to (abbreviated) end. I arrived around 9-10 p.m. The night clerk gave me a passkey to a room that had a non-working lock--in short, anyone could open the door from the outside without a key; the passkey lock was not working. I went back to the front desk to request another room (they had plenty), but she refused. out of options, I stayed the night in the room (dingy, TV internet code didn't work) with a door that I am honestly not sure was locking from the inside either. Since I had luggage with me and was booked to stay there 3 days, I couldn't leave my luggage in the room, and, since they wouldn't give me a different room (with a working lock), I had to find another place to stay. In spite of all of this, they refused my request for a refund of the two nights that I was forced to go elsewhere.

Good bang for your buck.

Good place and good price. The pool was nice. A bit of an older standard but the people were nice and overall it was a good place to stay. Near the train so easy to get to downtown Tempe.

Room 125, 126,117 are trash. Room 117 leaks from the bathroom to the front door under the flooring. Room 126 leaks from the tub to the bathroom door. Room 125 shower has only 2 settings hell hot and titanic cold. I have proof with pictures and videos
