Never ever AGAIN!!!

I booked and paid for a double bed for me and my son. When I arrived I was given a 1 single bed and the room was very small and they told me that's all they had. Also the tv didn't work at all. I told them that wasn't right and I need what I paid for and so they told me that the next day they'll have a double available. Someone was supposed to have came to fix the TV but never came. Early the next day around 5:30 a.m the people staying in the room next to me was causing noise disruption and I called the office and they said it'll be taken care of but it wasn't and the arguing lingered for a few hours. The next day came and the only room they had was a king but they're microwave didn't have a plate inside to put my food on top to cook. I asked the office for a plate and they didn't have one to order so I couldn't warm up no food or cook. I had to sleep in the same bed as my son for 2 days and I wasn't even offered some money back...No thanks!

Room was reasonably clean. Only one towel for the two of us. Good shower. Decent bed. Sheets were very worn. No outlets by the bed, so the lights on the bed stand were unpowered and rhes useless. Check in and out was very quick.

This place was HORRIBLE. Had to bug my own products to clean up better. There was hair in my bed from what I thought were fresh sheets. Shades are broken and fall open. Tv is probably a 30 inch or smaller. The fridge did not work. The freezer was hot. The stove only had two eyes that worked and they are the back ones. The range was busted and falling off of the wall. Microwave had to be slammed to work properly and is dang near falling off of the counter because it’s supposed to be mounted. New mattress in the front room… old dirty stained nasty one in the bedroom. Wash room and bathroom are separate. Light didn’t work in wash room and there’s mold in the bathroom. Vent exposed and hanging over the shower. Toilet leans and runs all night. Faucet was broken. Floors were peel and stick but apparently they didn’t know that they still needed adhesive so they flap and clack when you walk on them. Maintenance man never came. Anybody can call themselves a business and it’s sad asf. The “man” at the front is rude and dismissive… said there’s nothing that he could do about the room. The “lady” is just as bad and just follows what he says so don’t look to her for assistance. Just go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or your money. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

My room (130) was dirty it also had a dirty hot tub that smelled in the ROOM!! When I checked in there was no water in my room at 5 pm and I did not have water in my room until 10:45 pm. There was old food in the microwave and in the middle of the night felt something in my pillow and I dumped out the pillowcase and there was a crack pipe. I confronted the management team about the crack pipe and they refused to believe me and and would not give me a new room and just out right said they don't know anything about that and there is nothing they can do. Terrible service and a terrible place to stay. Do not stay here!

Our room should never have been rented out.

We booked a room with a kitchenette. No coffee, no plates, no silverware and nothing to heat up water! Sinks in the bathroom and kitchen were plugged! Toilet did not flush properly. Floor was dirty. Vents in the room were covered with dust/dirt. The beds were okay. No real TV channels. Wifi had no security. Furnace did work. Descent location. Housekeeping safe was more helpful than the fromt desk. Our advice is to check the room before your stay

The room was very cute and clean with a little kitchen, cable tv, and kitchen table. The check in was smooth and simple. I was pleasantlu surprised since the room wasnt expensive I wasn't expecting such a nice experience. I would recommend and stay again.
