Super let down. Housekeeping didn’t come and when they did ( after going to front desk to ask for service) they didn’t replace any toiletries. We have 3 young children and had no toilet paper. They also just folded dirty towels and didn’t replace with clean ones. In the gift shop the prices listed were less than the actual price charged. I showed the cashier and she said oh I don’t know. The rooms themselves felt very dingy. The WiFi didn’t work. I would most certainly never come back.

Staff were great! Room was clean, but bathroom had a cracked floor tile and the threshold at the door to the bathroom needs to be replaced.Gym is really nice with a lot of quality equipment. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is the old "The Pointe" and has been renovated. The room was very clean and had a lot of freeway noise from the I-10. It's a big property with a huge workout facility and 6 pools. The main attraction is the oasis waterpark which we didn't use but it looks nice. The main restaurant and coffee bar are right off the lobby and have good food. You can watch golphers tee off. It's a decent resort but old and with great service. Well-located.
