Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Disappointed in the staff service. Asked 3 employees what the menu was at the Rustler's Rooste and no one could tell us. Took the shuttle up for dinner and called for a pick up, no one returned to pick up our party. Did NOT get room service of coffee replacement and towels, had to ask for the service. We took out our own trash from the room. Coffee bar a mess. Ordered 4 coffees and they did not have carriers. When I asked the employee looked at me like "why would you need that". Yogurt parfaits out of date.
Ordered 2 beers at the bar and when signing the tab, it was rang up for $256. Rented a Cabana at the pool/swim park, drinks and food were brought but not as ordered. Felt we were given the worst room on property. Had a wake up call every morning as we were by the receiving dock area. Backup beeping and loud noises. This took place before 6 a.m. Before going to yelp, thought I would share with you. Paid $550 a night and felt it was way over charged for the "resort" 4 diamond status.
