Great property - great staff. Would have liked more extended hours for amenities such as pools and water park. Closing the park at 5:00 wasn’t great. Extended restaurant hours for food would be better. No late night options on the resort.

Unfortunately, a horrific rain storm storm battered the property shortly after I checked in. Andrew drove to my room as it started to pour. I just getting settled in when i heard dripping. Water was coming through my ceiling light, down the walls, soaking the carpeting and floors, dripping on the television and dresser. I called the front desk and notified a housekeeper two rooms away. I was promptly moved to a new room and the cable didn't work on either television. Fred came and said that it was isolated to only my room. The resort removed the room charge for the night. The staff were really kind, professional and did what they could under the circumstances. This is a beautiful resort. There is so much to do and the location to everything makes it a great place to stay. Mother nature's rain storm didn't squelch my visit. Phoenix needs the rain, so let it rain.
