Okay for a one night stay. Typical BW…nothing spectacular and adequate for a night. There is traffic noise before sunset. breakfast is what you would expect for a hotel of this price range. Is a short drive to Phoenix Mesa airport which is convenient. If I needed again for only one night would stay again. Did notice a hair on the shower surround from previous guest.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast had many options, great for feeding the husband and kids. Shower lacked pressure and hot water wasnt the best but wasnt bad.

An average motel which isn't to say it was bad. Very clean room and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and served in a clean dining area. Mattress was kind of lumpy and the rubbery pillows were not all that comfortable for me. The bed blankets were thin and not very warm. Hardly a resort but still an adequate place to "crash" for a few days.
