The Room was really close to a Major Intersection, so we heard nothing but Loud Vehicle Exhaust Systems & people yelling and slamming doors all night (NO Sleep)!

Top-Notch....in terms of Freeway Noise...
The staff here were awesome! Super friendly and great service. The hotel itself was clean and decent. However, it backs right up to the highway and the highway traffic is obnoxiously loud. I'm not sure we got more than a half hour of sleep at a time with all the noise. Also, the listing showed there was a bar on site but it is referring to the brewery next door. So a little misleading with that. Not a big deal there though. But I cannot say I would recommend it merely due to the insanely loud freeway noise. It's rough...

Good hotel and close to Sun Devil Stadium. Food options across the street including Starbucks and In and Out. The Hotel is solid and provides great service at a decent price. Not as nice as some options closer to campus, but you won't be disappointed. The room was very clean and very little noise. Everyone at the desk was friendly.
