Not a good experience
disappointing for a best western. Worst breakfast ever. waffle iron out of order. juice machine out of order. Came to breakfast one day an hour before closing, no bacon no eggs, they said five minutes the bacon they put out was almost raw. Staff was not friendly. I checked in and asked for a quiet room not on the busy street, and she replied you only asked for a room on the 1st floor, and then gave me a room on the busy street. The hotel was not even busy during our stay. I will not be back to this best western.

Clean room and property. Good breakfast included. Good location. Unfortunately very noisy with indigent men screaming profanity wandering into the the hall at 1am, multiple doors slamming at 2am, paramedics at 3am carting away overdosed neighbor and dogs barking nextdoor.

I've stayed here before And haven't had much issue. This time, the hot tub jets weren't working, and the breakfast was lacking - there was nothing to drink except milk as the juice machines were out of service.

I was not aware when I booked the reservation the rooms were all outside. When I was walking to my room the smell of pit was pretty bad. The breakfast was not great, waffle maker didn’t work, no coffee available for my husband and juice maker didn’t work either. It was a place to sleep which was fine.

Good overnight stay with comfortable bed and clean room. Sometimes that is a challenge with even high-end hotels. Good value and nice central location with short driving distance to Scottsdale and more.

Put us in a room with bathroom for the disabled. A bar across the toilet was rusty, so had to be careful not to touch it. They would not transfer us to another room "at your rate" saying we had to pay another $100.00 just for a king bed plus what we had already paid. I won't book through Expedia again.
