All staff members weren’t nice except for Chris at the front desk. I was supposed to check out at noon and confirmed that 2 days before with the front desk but when it came to checking out I was told by Chris that they can’t do the late check out and he had an attitude. I would’ve liked to know my check out was different sooner if that was the case.

I was planning to stay the night. But had a family emergency at the last minute and I was unable to stay the night. I asked if I switch it for the next night or another weekend. The hotel said no and would not work with me. So I was still charged the full amount.

I have used this hotel many times, but probably not again. Best Western corporate has taken coffee makers out of the rooms. This was not the decision of the local hotels. I do not like having to go to the dining room first thing to get my coffee. Manager of this location said they have had many complaints. BETTER WAKE-UP BW CORPORATE! I will elsewhere.
