Hilton has recently taken over this property and they have some work to do to get it into top operating condition. I booked the location because it was in a convenient location. It was priced at the upper range and so my expectations are high. I did note at the time that "service" had been dinged by other travelers and unfortunately, this is the case. The biggest problem is their breakfast cafe downstairs where 4 out of 5 days they goofed my breakfast order. Housekeeping is also a bit sloppy and there was a Q-Tip sitting in the hallway for 2 days that the cleaning team just left behind. Strange: very easy to spot. So, while the location and facilities are great, Hilton has some work to do to tighten up the service on site. In the meantime, the room rates are high for the level of service provided. Knowing Hilton, they will get this fixed. It's just very disappointing to stay at a property that fails to deliver service.
