Parking available ( very misleading ) Parking is available unsecured on Street . Or Valet Parking $41 . Checking in …. Dude mumbled and did not engage well . We had two kids with us but didn’t feel it was very geared towards families. So ….disappointing !

Always like staying at this Hotel when we come to visit our daughter. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Parking is not very convenient but I’m able to make do since our daughter lives close by. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Not only was the staff friendly from the moment I arrived, but I also enjoyed the convenience of the valet service as well as the proximity to the airport and other attractions within the area. I can definitely see myself staying at this hotel again during future visits to Phoenix.

I loved the cleanliness of the room . The bed was soo comfortable I wanted to stay more in bed. The hotel locked safe but the only thin I did not like was that there’s no parking space only valet parking.

This hotel was really fun with a cool rooftop restaurant and bar, very convenient if arriving late. I had a delicious poblano burger and diablo margarita overlooking the city at night. Room was very nice too. You have to pay for parking or find street parking which was stressful. I wish I could pay and they would valet but the valet driver told me to find street parking when I was trying to check in, that was annoying of him. There is a public parking lot behind the hotel for $30. I went for an early run in a nearby park and there were a lot of homeless people, didn't feel safe at that time.
