I hope you don't get here in the middle of the night and need to go straight to sleep like we needed to! I've entered saunas that were cooler than our room when we first entered it! Even my Filipina wife commented on how hot it is in here. It's Phoenix and not "winter"! Ridiculous!

I booked thirteen nights with this hotel, due to travel complications I was unable to arrive on day one, when I arrived on day two, I was told there was no reservation for me, it was considered a no show and I would need to rebook. after two weeks of trying, the hotel would not refund even a portion of my thirteen night stay so my advice is stay elsewhere!
