I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites Tempe Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. While I appreciated the comfortable room temperature and enjoyed the breakfast each morning, I did encounter some issues. Housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room or change the sheets until the 6th day, and that only happened after I had to come down and ask twice. For such a long stay, this felt like more than an oversight. Additionally, the lack of streaming options in 2024 is disappointing. On the positive side, the front desk staff, especially the two males and the female who were regularly there, made a significant impact on my stay. Their smiles, morning greetings, and genuine acknowledgment were truly appreciated. It’s rare to feel so seen and valued as a guest, and their hospitality stood out. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and appreciated during my stay.

Small print and I only have two me eye at night
Wasn’t able tk stay And the $250 deposit was ridiculous and wasn’t shown until last small print So when I didn’t have the $250 It was non refundable reservation. And I lost $70 and had to sleep in my car I. Phoenix where it was 95 degrees at night

I really appreciated the time I spent at the hotel because it was very convenient and the staff were so amazing and kind and helpful. Everyone is super professional and polite. I greatly appreciate the time I spent here. The room was so clean and everything needed was stocked. I would stay here again!

This is an old hotel and it was dirty and the bathtub was leaking and half full when we arrived. It smelled of weed and across from a weed place and strip club. No refunds even though we turned around and left to a safer area.
