Very friendly helpful staff. Property was undergoing renovations so it was a little loud and messy but the room was clean and nice. Breakfast was just bagels and fruit but Scottsdale has many excellent breakfast spots to choose from.

It was obvious that the hotel was in the process of remodeling. So, there was a mixture of older and new furniture, etc. That was the reason for 4 stars. But, this did not affect the customer. The staff was kind and helpful in the midst of all that transition.

Property is being remodeled and just needs to have some things tightened up. But the room was large & clean, had plenty of pillows and bed was comfortable. Has a fridge & microwave and coffee maker in room. Also has a continental breakfast.

They charge a large deposit at check-in. I told her that it doesn’t say anything about That online. She said that it does on the site when you book. I was very upset about that. I did get it back Three days after check out. the first room that she put me in, the door did not lock. I immediately went back to the front desk. She put me in another Room on the first floor and it had a big window. I told her I did not feel safe. The third room She put me in was on the second floor. The door locked but it only had one lock controlled by the key. There is no top lock. I do not like that. I felt uneasy. Anybody that had access to the key card could have opened the door and I would have no way to keep it locked. The breakfast was OK. I saw a lot of complaints online about it but Hotel does say that it’s a Continental breakfast. The only issue was the second and the third day the coffee/ hot water machine was out of order. So you could not have coffee and it was no hot water to make oatmeal.

They do not provide you breakfast, they provide a bagel and instant coffee. The hotel is going under renovations, so everything is ripped up and torn out, the construction is extremely loud, the room was disgusting, the towels stink, and the elevator was broken for a majority of of our stay. I would never stay at this place again.

There was a yellow stain on the bed cover when I got into the room. The staff offered me a new bed cover and told me to leave the stained bed cover in the room. Later I found out that they deducted $6 from the $150 deposit I paid. Probably over the stain which I had nothing to do with. I'm not a big fan of this sort of manipulative behavior. The hotel was fine aside from this incident.
