This was a fast overnight stay for us. It’s a nice hotel with comfortable larger rooms. The furnishings, sitting area, a luggage bench and a nice TV made the stay enjoyable. The interstate noise is loud on the side of the building our room was located. Crazy traffic in Phoenix area! We haven’t had breakfast yet, but the restaurant looks inviting.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast had good options. Parking was easy. Rooms are spacious. Only call out was lights in the pool did not work, so could not take advantage of night swimming. But overall nice and affordable stay.

The room was clean and the maid service food was very good. The breakfast food was good but the downstairs men’s bathroom was never available the entire 7 day stay I was at this hotel (supposedly one bathroom was closed for security reasons and the other was locked for cleaning every morning). Quite a number of guests were yelling or talking loudly when getting off the elevator at all hours of the night. I also stored my pint of Culver’s Custard one night in the downstairs staff freezer with the assistance of a staff member and it mysteriously disappeared. I asked and they said it might have been thrown out accidentally but it clearly had my name and room number on the carton. In addition, Culver’s puts an expiration date on their pints and it still had at least a week to go. Very disappointed!

Worst visit ever

I booked one nite. Decided to stay another night. Went down PAID for my room went to sleep kept getting random hang up calls for several hours. Around 6 pm the front clerk and a sidekick came banging on my door . Until I got dressed and answered the door. I was reapeatedly accused of not paying not leaving etc. I was demanded to leave and come to front desk. The clerk made a few phone calls repeated over and over I didn't pay even though I showed her a deduction from my bank account. I was left for over 1/2 hour with zero contact sitting in the lobby I even called. No answer. I eventually left and received a call from the clerk saying they found their " mistake" and I could come inside and stay. I WAS ALREADY HOME BY THEN. AND THEY DID NOT RETURN MY DRPOSIT AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE STAY ANYWAY.

Doors don’t go to the floor.

Staff was welcoming, rooms were clean. Property had loud guests running around and yelling at 0500 and then 0600. Door to lobby has 1 inch gap on floor that lets in light and noise from lobby. Miserable night of sleep due to this.
