Felt like bait and switch. Chose hotel for shuttle (hotel.com website says it runs til 10pm). Checked when we arrived and not quite right as sign on front desk said it runs to 11pm but only on the hour. That meant we were cutting it close! Confirmed this information with cashier as time was of the essence. Went down for shuttle 15 minutes early, checked again with front desk and turns out there was NO SHUTTLE at all! Said they could call an Uber (15+ minutes). And then they said (in direct contrast to what they’d told us before) that their shuttle stops at 2pm!! Would never have booked had we known the truth and will never book again!

Our room & bathroom were incredibly clean. Front desk ladies were so helpful & happy! Very much made us feel welcome Only disappointed in the breakfast- no juice (broken ? Both days), coffee was awful, no yogurt out & only a few sad oranges as fruit option, scrambled eggs & sausage were ok but overall just disappointing considering how great everything else was

Nice location and great hotel
Hotel staff are super friendly, free breakfast could be better but still decent, hot and never ran out during our two nights there, and there is also an airport shuttle available from 5am-11pm. Beds were comfortable and AC was adjustable so you can put temperatures you are comfortable with. Didn’t have a chance to use any other facilities as was in Phoenix for a function but overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

The 2 evening ladies were helpful with directions other info, happy & tolerated us very well (2 older ladies heading to Vegas lol!) Day staff - probably just as fantastic but we just weren’t around. They were very pleasant with interactions we overheard. Rooms clean, bed comfy, not to dated, bathroom very clean & the maintenance lady fixed our smoke detector within minutes. She was polite, capable & considerate. There are vending machines with ice cream, snacks & microwave meals - very handy The only negative- free breakfast had issues - no juice, no fruit, no yogurt - just scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, waffles & coffee/tea. So very disappointing in that aspect

The room had a strange smell that was not entirely unbearable but not pleasant either. The shower curtain did very little to stop the water from overflowing during shower-- water leaked everywhere in the washroom. Though, staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and I appreciate a lot the shuttle service!

There was construction taking place on the floor we were placed. Dust and residue from this was all over the place. Painting tape around fixtures holding them in place. Room smelled like smoking had taken place.
