Long stray hairs on the bed comforter and tiny hairs all over the sheets. Switched rooms to a cleaner room but it had a very strong smell to it that wasn’t pleasant. Luckily we were only there for one night. Ladies at the desk were nice and the breakfast was decent

The staff was very nice and helpful. The air conditioning is very inadequate. Arizona weather is very hot during August, so being in a room with no cold A/C is extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. My biggest complaint is the lack of cold A/C in the rooms. Overall not a terrible stay.

Disappointed the property was under construction while there. There was no breakfast available. Which was one of the reasons this property was booked. We did have one of the newly remodeled rooms but there was no dresser or even closet rod to hang things. The shower curtain was not weighed heavy enough causing it to fold in on the person showering.

There is a lot of construction happening right now, but the staff was super nice and let me check in five hours early because of all the noise. Very much appreciated and I didn’t hear anything after 5 pm.

Checked in at 3am. Sweet young lady at the front desk. Checked out by 6am to catch morning flight. Place being remodel so kudos to them to try and make place nicer. Overall quiet stay.

Husband said the hotel was doing a remodel. His room didn't seem to be ready to have a guest stay in. There was no rack to hang clothes on. The blinds had areas where someone outside could see in the room. He thought maybe some curtains weren't hung. It was good for sleeping but the room wasn't ready.

There clearly had just remodeled the rooms but they need to get better shower curtains or raise the end surround pf the shower as the floor get very wet and it looks like mold and meldew maybe starting.

First off, I know that there was serious remodeling going on everywhere so with that in mind they were still able to successfully put on the breakfast as usual even when it had to be moved around to make it work. The staff was great. Everyone I had contact with was personable and so nice to chat with. The room very nice and clean and comfortable. One more chair would have been nice since some family also in for the funeral came by to talk and some of them were sitting on the bed. That is obviously not an everyday issue just mine. A couple of issues on the negative side --- 1st, I was there for my sister's funeral and needed a place to hang my clothes but the only place to do it was the door closer arm on top of the entry door, however, then you obviously can't go out. I am hoping that is something that will be addressed in the future as the construction goes on. 2nd, The new shower is lovely but the water pressure cannot be regulated and it was full blast and since the shower curtain wasn't quite as big as the shower opening the water was shooting out under the curtain and also out of the back of shower wall and the entire floor was covered in water and somehow it had even hit the top of the almost closed door and water was running down the outside of the door. Suggestion-- if there is no way to adjust the water pressure one thing that might help is an oversized curtain to help shield so much water flying out of the bottom and sides of the stall.
