Just ok
It was just ok. We stayed here in the past, but it's showing neglect now. The exterior doors around the hotel did not lock (room key not required to gain entry), so anyone could pull the doors open and wander in. They were renovating the rooms on the main floor, so maybe improving? I will say, though, that the staff is excellent.

Room carpet was very dirty near A/C Heater unit. Bathroom floors had sticky residue on it also. For what I paid very sad on the condition of the room

Budget hotel for sure. It certainly seemed they were trying to update the property, but stuff was cluttering the halls. Things looked like the pics from a distance. It was quiet, but I paid for two nights and only stayed one.

The staff here were very nice. The continental breakfast was decent. The room had a terrible odor, and when I communicated it, they offered me an air freshener...turned out that communication was with AI and had I gone to the counter I would have had a better resolution. The scent of our room was like mold, the shower curtain was broken in our room, the security doors didn't lock, no key required to get in, there were piles of trash in the stairwell nearest to our room, there were many many issues with this property. WAY overpriced for what you get. Except for the breakfast. Maybe they are fixing it up? The staff again were VERY nice and doing the best they could with what they had.

I booked this property because it listed having a spa and I have been driving all week and my lower back is all stiff and locked up. I was hoping to sit in the spa. Spa is apparently broken and has been since “last year” according to the front desk. I would have booked somewhere else had I known.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel and room were disgustingly dirty, in fact Im not sure the last time the room we stayed in was actually cleaned. The walls, sink, mirrors, bedding, etc. were so dirty. The second night I got bed bug bites and the next night I slept jn the truck. We worked with Expedia to try to get a cancellation and refund but the approving manager "wasn't available to approve". The entire Chandler area was booked except the last night I was able to find another hotel. Don't waste your money or time with this place!!

This motel was much nicer than many that we stay at. The room was quite large with a sofa bed. The full breakfast was much nicer than what we usually get--eggs and sausage were very good. The people at the front desk were very friendly, as were the maids and kitchen help. The elevator and ice machine really worked--some places they didn't.

NOT worth the money
The room was tacky, the desk chair fabric was pealing, the paint was rubbed off in places, and behind the toilet wasn’t even painted, the hallway carpet was old and dirty. The housekeeping staff didn’t even check in to see if I needed my trash emptied or more supplies. I was very disappointed. I purposely chose a mid range priced hotel and this wasn’t even worth half what I paid.

at check in i was very irritated with the person managing the front desk because he didn’t activate my card correctly and aside from that he stated my room number out loud with a sketchy person standing behind me. After asking if i could get a different room because i was uncomfortable with him giving out that information he stated “if your uncomfortable then you can check out and go somewhere else”

The place was hidden, there were alot of transients around the area. But the property was very clean, upscale and overall pleasant. Noise was not an issue even though located by freeways.

I can overlook worn and shabby but dirty is inexcusable. Sunflower seeds on the floor, inch thick dust around the perimeter of the carpet, tops of dressers not even wiped off, dust thick on plugs and cords. The pillows were so lumpy and misshapen, it was obvious they hadn't been changed out in years. Would not recommend.

I booked a double bed room and they put me in a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa because they said someone overbooked. The sleeper sofa was so bad. I went to the front desk and the clerk gave me 2 comforters, extra pillow, sheet set and blankets which I stuck under the mattress because it was falling thru the bars and all the stuffing helped but that bed needs to go. It was still uncomfortable.
