Great stay

There was basically nothing I didn't like about this place. My room was right by the exit / elevator. And it wasn't really that loud. It was them kind of upset that I got the room where by the elevator but I didn't really hear it. It was a great stay all together. The location is awesome too. In the middle of nowhere desert landscape. The only complaint I have is there parking lot has a huge pot hole in the entrance and I hit it wrong. Ouch.

I stayed in the remodeled area and the toilet was loose, the showere stall had cracks in the corners that wayer was seeping into it (possible mold). The front desk staff needs to be retrained or removed. My check in was horrible. Front desk girl charged my card 3 times. Checkout was a fiasco. They tried to over charge me. Front desk cursed the F word. Manager was no better. She seemed like oh well. Rolling her eyes. No real apology for it taking half an hour to check out. Im still going to refute charges due to the neglagence and overall issues with front desk staff. I dont even know what to expect for all these chareges from my CC company.

The service and room was great. Really easy check-in and out. The rooms are incredibly quiet which we really appreciate. The room door was hard to open and basically slammed when let go. Would be dangerous for children or elderly. Needs adjustment. Shower had good pressure with nice hot water, but the floor tile grout is grimy. Needs to be stripped and resealed. Pool was beautiful and a great temperature. But the hot tub was turning green and smelled like mildew. Overall a good stay, just wish the hot tub was cared for better.
