I liked the quietness of the area. I also liked that the grounds were walker friendly. My room had a few areas that could have been better. The area near the patio door and standing lamp was dusty and seemed it hadn't been vacuumed. The bathroom long mirror and the shower doors and tub did not look clean. The room had plenty of towels and coffee. The fridge and counters were clean. The furniture was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The window had sheet curtains for privacy, and blackout curtains for keeping light out. It was wonderful to have the privacy curtains. It was a lovely room. The staff at check in, Trevor, was very nice and professional. The check out person was also nice. I will say that I feel that if I would have requested cleaning of the areas that were not clean, I am sure I would have received it. I found the discrepancies after I had already settled into my room, and I didn't feel like having my stay interrupted. Instead, I used a towel in the shower to step on since I felt the shower was not clean. I would stay here again.

Is this a joke? Room was dirty: dust, crumbs, peanuts and clothes tags on the floor. Leftover items from the previous occupants in the fridge. Every $19/night shady inn of my youth was cleaner. Large rust stain in the bath tub. Smears on the glass door, stains on the hallway carpet. The A/C doesn't work right, set to 70 it blasts heat at full power until you turn it off, at 69 it blasts cold air until you turn it off, had to keep it off all night. Entrance to the property is over a totally worn out speed bump, that is basically just asphalt junks and holes. Make sure to bring a car with enough ground clearance. 3 star hotel? I wouldn't think so.

We booked a room with 2 queens yet the room had 2 full size beds. The hotel claims those are queens. Anyone who owns a queen bed can tell. It’s a FULL. This maters when you have 4 people in a room. The mattresses also felt like they are from 1990! Extremely uncomfortable and bouncy. The rooms are clean and remodeled. But apparently not retrofit for sound. The second floor foot steps constantly was so loud above us we couldn’t sleep at all. Hotel itself is nice and clean. Good price but bad sleep. Not sure we will Ever come back here.

There is just too much noise from the main road near the hotel and makes sleep difficult. Also on top of that, the AC in our room would make a loud noise for a few seconds every time it turns on and wake you up in the middle of the night.

We stayed for four nights - no service for towel replacement or trash removal. The staff were friendly and accommodating with room selection and transportation assistance. Your location with proximity to Mayo is superb and the shuttle service provided made accessing appointments easy especially with the link to the other campus. First gave us a room on second floor key not work no elevator near room (hip replacement) asked for a 1st floor room and got in and it was dirty. Next room was good. Be careful at night as there are havalinas (wild boar) as you are right on edge of desert

People in the pool yelling and screaming until 10:00. We had been up since 4:00 AM and at Mayo Clinic all day until 8:30. We were exhausted and called to ask if they would ask the people to just keep the noise down a little and they said they could not do that.

We arrived to the hotel, tired from traveling and found there was no toilet paper in the room and there were 2 bottles of bath gel, both empty. Additionally, there were no food options for vegetarians or vegans (they were out of the vegetarian chili). Unfortunately, this is the closest hotel to Mayo, unless we stayed by the main highway, or about 6 or so miles away. Plan on eating off campus, though the cafeteria at the clinic is ok.

It’s a nice place. I reserved a king size bed with Expedia. When I went to check in, they told me that Expedia oversold the rooms with king size beds, so they gave me a room with two smaller beds instead. I asked if I could get any money back because it wasn’t what I picked, and they told me no. Also, the shower had very low water pressure. Other than that, it was a nice place.

There's always a solution.....

Well, I was in town for a class event. Check-in went well, went to the room and freshed up. Left fir the event, got back at late of course. There was no hot water running, so I went to bed. Awoke went to get coffee and stop at the desk. A main had burst in the boiler room. I had an early breakfast and couldn't take a shower. At checkout I asked for a lower reate on the room and they declined, stating that I had to contact Hotels. What a waste of my time, been in the hotel business in my time. They could have done something. .
