Overall good experience. Being so close to Mayo Clinic was very helpful but it’s unfortunate that you charge for parking ($7). The room was nice enough but a number of details stood out- there was an open soda in the fridge; there was no body wash left in the shower; the pull out couch was filthy.

First room smelled horribly of cleaning fluid. Front desk agent switched us to another room. It did not smell but was not clean. So she switched us to another room. We dropped our bags and went to dinner. When we returned the heat in the room didn’t work. Agent offered alternate room but we were tired and just used extra blanket. Bed was probably from 1930 and sunk my wife and I to middle. Big reason for my positive review was the front desk agent was beyond nice and extremely concerned with these issue. She did her best to take care of us and it was appreciated . Hats off to her

Quite noisy room, with fridge and on the Shea blvd side. Rooms is a mix between old and remodeled. I stay here only because I have to access the nearby Mayo Clinic early in the morning.

Really nice small hotel on outskirts of Phoenix, but centrally located in Scottsdale and near Fountain Hills. Close to great hiking in the Scottsdale Hills. Very nicely decorated has comfortable bed.
