Everyone was really nice and the property felt really safe. It was mostly older folks there and it was very quiet except for the first night when it sounded like somebody was jumping up and down upstairs, but after that, it was really quiet. It was easy to find a parking spot and the parking lot felt very safe and quiet.

The only thing my wife & I didn't like was the cleaning of the Room floors & the whole bathroom area where the floors weren't swept & mopped.Our bathroom from the time we started our reservation the area around the toilet smelled like urine,the sink area and the mirror were not maintained at all.

Great sleep and a little Smokey

Stayed at hotel due to proximity to clinic. The good: the bed was fantastic. First nights are usually really rough, but I slept just like at home. Facility was clean. The bad: seemed dated, hallway carpets were dirty, elevator cracked a few times. People were smoking outside and close to property that brought smoke close to door and into hallway.

Stay somewhere else if going to Mayo

This hotel get's away with a lot because of it's proximity to Mayo. Hard to not feel like it's taking advantage of people like myself who are there to get medical treatment. They have a pretty bold policy of only cleaning your room 1/week. Every 3 days they will do a miniclean which means make your bed and take your trash. The dust was terrible in Scottsdale so I asked for a full clean twice and they just said no. Also, they just don't have breakfast on Fridays. Why? No reason. In addition to this the hallways were just always dirty. See attached photos for what it was like on a daily basis.

Very busy stay with youth team's

Baseball and soccer league teams 8 to 12 year olds. Lot of noise, running up and down the halls till about 11pm. Under staffed during winter hrs. with events like that. Pool and Hot tub very nice. One entry door broke and need of repair. Out side fire place in need of repair. Arin the manager very helpful and informative.

Spring Training and family visit.

Location was good for me as I needed to be in Scottsdale and Fountain Hills this visit. Shower was a bit piercing for my taste. Didn’t know that they only maintain room after 3 night during a a 5 day stay.

The area is very relaxing compared to other hotels. There is a grocery store, brewery, and other restaurants close by (although not walking distance). We would definitely stay here again.
