Basic hotel. Good for one or two nights. Its biggest draw is its proximity to Tempe Beach Park. That's about it. They charge $17.50 for parking, but offer no security or preference. We were told at check in to keep our spot if we didn't have to drive, because people steal their spots and they don't have security. There is no parking ticket, so no way to even confirm if the cars belong to guests. The gate is broken and laying on the ground. Doors to rooms and outside are very loud. Soundproofing is sub-par between floors. Breakfast is not included. Knowing all this, I would stay here again, but ONLY because of the hotel's proximity to Tempe Beach Park. Everyone I interacted with seemed downright miserable.

We did not even stay on 3/39/2025, because they the assistant manager was very rude and did not honor the reservation. The other desk help person was helping and processing checking in. Then the assistant manager stopped her and refused to give my son and his kids a room in the middle of the night because the card was not under his name, even though it was authorized.

This place was super safe, quiet, and easy to get around. Security was making rounds at night. The pool was clean and in a good location. Staff was super helpful. Beds were super comfortable and easy to get a good nights rest in. Thermostat was easy to get it to the temp you want. I dont have any complaints for this place. I would stay here again and again to be in this convenient location. Perfect for restaurant and bar hopping.

The hotel was very dirty. The pool was full of leaves and there was a towel and a rope in it for our entire stay. The pool furniture was covered in dirt and bird poop and there was an old dirty pair of shoes and socks in the pool area for the entire time we were there. We requested room cleaning multiple times but only once did housekeepers clean the room even with multiple requests. We will not stay with this company again. Best Western or Holiday Inn are similar prices. Cleaner and come with coffee and breakfast included. Here they sold pre packaged breakfast sandwiches for $17 and coffee for $4.

A well located option in Tempe

We stayed here one night one a multi night trip to Arizona and it was perfectly fine. It’s very well located, parking is ample and free, and the rooms are fine to good. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Great location just a block off Mill Ave and all its shops, bars, and restaurants. Very walkable--Tempe Town Lake and ASU campus are both very close. Pool was small but nice. Parking one night was full, so after driving around multiple times, the front desk called us in to park at the tower next door.
