Check in service incompetent
The check in service was boarding on incompetent. The clerk had given my reservation to anothewr guest with the same last name and continueed to state that I had no reservation despite my showing him the reservation. It took forty mnutes to straighten it out and he still managed to erroneously charge my Hotels account for two rooms.

Pretty decent
Overall was a positive result. Nothing to fancy to catch my eye. It was a bit pricey for the size of the rooms plus we could hear the person next to us tv clear as day and I’m pretty sure we could of turn on the same thing on our TV and turned our volume down and it would’ve been just as fine lol Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and Organized.

Very convenient to get there from the Airport. Just take the Air Tram to 44th street and you'll be able to walk to the Hotel. Outside Area is dirty, but seems safe. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Quick Overnight Stay
Great service and stay! Stayed overnight to catch a flight and it was a very comfortable stay and very close location to the airport. Their shuttle service was great and convenient for my 7am flight. Will stay here again.
