This motel is under major construction should’ve been noted on the reservation page. They also want to charge a $25 pet fee, which was not disclosed prior. Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. TV didn’t work on the room. We asked for a refund and left.

Property is being renovated, turns out the 1st floor is completely blocked off, would have been helpful if either the hotel or Expedia had responded to our 1st-floor request. Luckily the elevator still seems to be (more or less) working. Not sure what happened to the advertised breakfast, all those parts of the ground floor seem to be under construction...

There were no light bulbs in the room so it was completely dark. The bathroom had a divot in the floor that felt like you could fall through to the next floor. The shower curtain had been ripped off so many times the rod could not be put in place so it didn't close all the way. Even with the renovations taking place we would not stay here again.

Great potential, needs some help.
This hotel is being renovated. The improved rooms are great except not quite complete. The lighting and seating in our King room was very good. There were no glasses or ice bucket. I got them from the front desk. The Micro wave and refrigerator were not yet installed. No coffee available in the lobby. Really? They couldn't figure out a coffee service? The check in person was wonderful, got us an early check in making our visit to our friends birthday party much easier and more pleasant. Staff were great, I spoke with 3. I believe that this will be an excellent place to stay once the remodel is complete. Breakfast was a bag with an apple, energy bar, apple juice, and a high calorie muffin full of chemical preservatives. I would suggest a small chit to a nearby fast food place instead. At least folks could get a cup of coffe and something hot to eat.

Ive stayed at this hotel before, staff always great as it was for this trip. However, hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed for maintenance. Would have been nice to know that before booking. I would have book another hotel.

Was not made aware the property was undergoing renovations. Room was filthy. Carpet was filthy. Bathroom was surprisingly the cleanest place. We called front desk for a vacuum so we can clean the carpets and they said they'll have housekeeping bring it up. Never happened. Fridge was filthy. Definitely will not book here ever again. Free breakfast was 'grab and go'. Overall, one of the worst hotel/motel stays I've ever had.
