A little confused with Motel 6!?!?!

I have stayed at Motel6 many many time in many areas and this is the only motel 6 i have booked with the wanted an official "deposit". I have been able to use my card on file at every single one without any issue

The air conditioning worked excellent, the bathroom is newly renovated and the appliances were updated. The room was clean and comfortable. There was material in the parking lot around the facility which made it crowded. Overall it was a great place to stay for the price. However, just be aware, they require a $100 security deposit in addition to your room fare. They will refund you the $100 security deposit within 3-5 business days. Be prepared to pay an additional $100 as the charge processes immediately. Other places, keep a card on file just in case of damages, but won’t process any payment unless needed.

The furniture and mattress and trash all over the outside of the motel, the rooms being worked on curtains were left open, and the bloody mattresses with curtains open was just a very disgusting sight, I've stayed in motels under construction but never anything that looked this bad
