The desk is limited; not 24 hours. This is not great if you forget your key card, get locked out, or need to go to the airport. They don’t check in until 9am, staff is always late and you can’t check in after 9pm. Again, don’t have a problem - you won’t get help after hours. Supposed to be smoke free, room reeked of cigarettes. TAKE PICTURES!! We had broken furniture in the room. They CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT!! Even after you pay in full online? More hidden fees!! $25 deposit required, non-refundable “cleaning” deposit! It took 45 mins to check in and an additional 45 mins to check out. THE WORST STAFF!! Rude. Late. We had one good experience with staff we had previously had issues with. That’s it. Terrible. Do not recommend. Not worth the savings given everything.
The place was completely dirty. The sheets on the bed stink. It looks like never been replaced. I found dead cockroaches in the place it was filthy. I’m sorry guys but this is the worst experience that I’ve had in hotels.
Surprise deposit, in cash only, some of which is non refundable to cover housekeeping. Take out your own trash or they will keep even more of your deposit.
Horrible never coming here again, Had a service dog and asked for papers and they’re not supposed too and charged us 25$ for the pet fee and guy said that we’ll get the 25$ for the “pet” and the actual 25$ deposit back in the morning and when I checked out I only got the deposit and asked him he about the other 25$ and he said no and he called his manager “LISA” and she also said no to giving back my 25$ and I told him that they were not supposed to ask for papers for the dog and even the guy from that night said that I will get the 25$ back and I made sure it was both of them that I’ll get back, and they still refused to give me the other 25$…
Also they had cockroaches everywhere and it was dirty with I guess bug poop and I told him that and my mom couldn’t even sleep inside the room and Slept in the truck and it was too late to get a refund and checkout so we had to stay.
So they basically lied to us and probably pocketed the money…
Was that grosses place I ever have stayed the rooms are so dirty blood on celings no towels were afraid to sleep under covers first room was not even turned over outside very clean and well taken care of but rooms gross then they want you to leave 10 star review for them

When i tried to check in the receptionist put me on hold to text someone for several minutes on 4 different occasion's, took what should have been a standard check-in experiance to taking over 30 minutes.Bed was reasonably comfortable for the price. However there were two cigarrete burn holes in my sheets. Additionally the lack of decent wi fi is pretty bad in this day and age but for the price can be forgiven. What cannot be forgiven is the outright hostile and rude manner in which the hostess treated me. She had her employee come pounding on my door 40 minutes after i checked in saying that there was something wrong with my payment. fair enough i thought, its annoying and inconvenient but they have a right to make sure they're paid. Come to find out there actually was no problem with my payment with my credit card but rather she was freaking out because my name wasnt on the reciept.... which to my knowledge is neither required nor unusual practice. To be clear there was no problem with my payment and it was accepted. She then outrightly and without cause or provocation accused me of fraud. She literally called my bank to try and get them to give her my personal details and my bank did their job and hung up on her. Having been foiled there she then demanded that I pay her using a debit card, to which i agreed on condition that i receive a refund receipt. The whole experience was awful, i have never been treated so poorly by a hotel. Please avoid this place at all costs.
