Drawers were dirty because someone left their trash there. Staff were unfriendly and didn’t listen or suggest other alternatives. The arm of the sofa had a hole in it. For a Doubletree, this was not up to expectation.

Couldn’t sleep
Our stay was filled with many noises. Our fridge made the loudest mechanical humming I have ever heard. Our fan clicked on medium and high speeds. Our toilet, yes toilet made a dripping noise all night. The windows screen did not close enough to block the lights bouncing off the mirror right into 3 places on the bed, and that’s right, right on both sides of the pillows. Not to mention the hole in the ceiling leading being able to see in between floors.
