It was ok
The hotel staff were the best part of the stay. They were all very friendly, and helpful and that's the best. The hotel itself was ok. Pool was out of service which we didn't know until we arrived, so that really was not fun. We brought our swim suits and hoped to spend some good time by the pool but the hotel didn't message us or put it on their website that the pool was out of service prior to us arriving. Might have affected where we stayed if we knew that in advance. But we were close to food and stores and staff were friendly and very helpful so that was good.

Hotel seems old, stayed here in the early 2000s and it still looks similar. One of our rooms rented the key would not work, maintenance just said not to close the door if you go out, the shower head of the same room keeps falling off and hit one of the kids on the head. Partying goin on in several rooms. Breakfast was good.

The room smelled like cat pee. The staff were all super friendly, the facility seemed fine, but carpet was old and gross throughout. I would suggest replacing the carpet soon, because otherwise it’s a nice hotel.

Really bad experience we make the reservation with 3 week before and when we arrive after the event that we have that day they find the reservation but we have yo wait like a hour to reset the information and she can't soo we have to make another reservation a think they give our room to another person..

Staff was very welcoming & friendly. But, it was late at night (midnighthish) & a very dirty homeless couple weighed down with all of their worldly possessions entered the lobby at the same time as I did & g entered the lobby restroom together & they were not discouraged from doing so. They made me question the area & my safety.
