We're grandparents traveling with a 13-year old boy and 12-year old girl. Returning to AZ from Texas summer camp. Flight was late so we arrived well-after midnight. Check-in process was very quick and easy, and our request for extra bedding was very fast.

With the exception of one thing, I would call this my ideal hotel. The staff were very helpful, including modifying our reservation at the last minute, and meeting every request. The common areas were clean and the room was too. We especially appreciated the complementary breakfast and the surprise cocktails and eats in the early evening. These were especially appreciated since we were without a car and there were few options within walking distance in 110 degree weather. The one exception was the shuttle driver. My sister who arrived separately had to ask for help get her suitcase into/out of the shuttle. I was not offered help until I was two steps into the struggle up/down the stairs. Otherwise, our stay at the Drury was a pleasant surprise.
