The Drury Hotel was great! Hotels.com not so good. I booked for the wrong date, tried to contact H.D for assistance. Absolutely no help at all. The total cost of my one night stay soared to well over $300. Again Drury-100%. Hotels.com 5%

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet was nice and the option of ordering food in the bar area was a plus. They are a pet friendly hotel which was nice for us. The room was comfortable but the AC unit was loud. Overall, we would stay there again.

I didn't check in because I accidentally put the wrong check in date. I called the hotel and they rightfully told me I had to contact Hotels.com. I tried to do that but their site is totally confusing. I wanted to cancel or change, or even take it credit. Didn't get anywhere. So now I'm paying for 2 nights but only staying one.

2 cranberry vodkas. $38. I've paid less at Trump hotel in Waikiki. On Christmas day, al restaurants were closed, and your food was horrible. The little girl at the table behind me said "why does this taste like yuck"? I laughed my butt off and threw you food in the garbage.

Just a few things - first, THANK YOU for not using Febreze in your room preparation! The hotel was clean, quiet, and parking was easy. The picture showed beds with four pillows - we only had three. I was disappointing that real butter was not available at breakfast. I was also dismayed to discover that there were no herbal teas provided. It's the little things that make a stay extra-special away from home. Personally, we did not need or use the free alcohol perk.
