The obly issue we experence was our door locked failed. This lock us out of our room for a short period of time. Hotel staff knew of the situation casusing the fail. Not sur if it was repaired after we left.

The room was outdated, very spacious. The bathroom was all tile and looked clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. The living room was filthy! The couch and chair was stained so badly that I went to get a sheet from the closet to sit on. I opened the bag the pillows were stained with urine stains!!! I took of my shoes and socks walked on wet carpet! The ceiling was stained from water leaking from ac onto the carpet! Disgusting that no one quality inspects these rooms. I took pictures of everything and showed them to the lady at the front desk. She seemed not to care, just asked about the leak. That was it! Not even an apology for the condition of the room! Don’t stay here!

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Check in was a breeze and got us our room in no time. The kitchen/bar is open late which is great and the bartender is friendly. The only issue we had was the hot tub jets didn't work well, and it wasn't hot, but it was clean and peaceful.

Weak in Technology
There was no business center, only 2 computers connected to a single printer in the lobby. Not sure why they even had a computer because you could even email to print off documents or boarding passes. The front desk host was gracious and offered to have me email her personally saying she could print it for me but that is not a real secure business practice. There were also no USB or USB-C ports in the rooms or the lobby.
