I was checked in by Brad. His friendliness and customer service were top rate! There was a slight problem with my reservation (I mistakenly double booked my stay), and he talked me through the process to correct it. We really like the fact that the young man to check the scene it was very courteous, informative well presented pleasure to work Unfortunately, I can’t really think of anything that we didn’t like good job. PS I think I may have left a set of headphones up in room 330. I’m waiting to hear back from the staff now I should’ve got the phone number when I had her on the phone so I can call her back but other than my mistake leaving my headphones there it was a great stay.
