Stay was absolutely horrible. Bed is super uncomfortable. The floors are super stained. If you get cold easily bring extra blankets. Woman at the front desk was friendly to us but was super rude to the customer behind us. I would not waste your money if I was you. Never again will I stay here.

Needs work
Hotel is under renovations, but there’s lots of debris and cigarette butts all over the ground in the parking lot. The first room I was in, had a leak coming through the ceiling and there was water on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet paper on the wall was wet so I had to ask for a new room. The second room they put me in a smoking room because that’s all that was available and I requested non-smoking, and when I went to open the door to exit the room, the handle of the door fell off. Luckily, I was able to put the handle back on and turn it to make the door work. The third room was OK . Again with some attention to detail and renovations, the location I could see this property being nice in the future.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Plenty of homeless and DRUG USERS all OUTSIDE. BUILDING IS FILTHY FLOORS IN THE ROOM LOOK LIKE A HORROR MOVIE!!

It took forty five minutes to get checked in. The room was filthy and in very poor condition.You could tell the hotel had not been maintained. There was blood splatter on the wall and a big hole in the door that led to another room that you could look inside the other room.

Super Basic but close to PHX airport
It's kind of in a ghetto area but super convenient to get to/ from airport for early morning flight. Definitely needs to be updated, especially bathroom but at least shower pressure and hot water was great. TV is old school (not flat screen) and there was no phone or clock in room but at least there was a microwave and mini fridge.

WARNING!! Credit Card Skimming in action.
Credit Card Fraud! My credit card, used for room incidentals, was then used to try and purchase something from amazon prime, as soon as I checked out of the hotel in the following days (not the kind of service you would/should expect from a motel. They obviously dont want tourists visiting their motel). Luckily my bank foiled their crime and their transaction was blocked, so they got NOTHING!!! My card was then frozen so this was a hassle for the rest of my days in the great country of the US of A but hey ho, nobody was hurt! If the motel wants to contact me, i can provide the information they need to find the culprit and to make sure they dont do this to future customers. The hotel itself is quite rundown as it seems to be a truckers motel but was an acceptable option for me and other budget traveller. I would have given a more positive review if it wasnt for the fact of being involved in this CC fraud experience.
