I had an itching spell, only at night, in the bed. The cleaning staff did change my sheet, but the itching continued. The shuttle was nice enough to take me to the pharmacy for cream. Kudos to Mr. Kevin!!!! The toilet was not clean with urine stains on the toilet bowl and after asking for it to be cleaned it finally was well into our 4th day. I was then charged for the room twice, but was quickly rectified by the manger Mr. Tyrell. Not a good experience, but made the most of it!! Now I have to call to get my 200 dollar fee back. :).

I was very disappointed w/ our room #224. I opened the door and it stunk immediately like an old dingy smokers jacket. Im sorry but the bathroom had a stinky feet or moldy water smell that wouldnt go away. It looked clean but the smell remained no matter what I did to remove it. The water or mold must be in the ceiling, walls or in their plumbing beneath the tub. I've stayed here many times before and we have enjoyed our stay/accomadations. However, the room accomadations were less than sub par this time. Do better Embassy Suites. A high praise goes out to the staff for always so being professional, friendly and very helpful during all of our staycations. I tried contacting the property via text thru Expedia app and no responses at all from them. I wanted to request early check-in, also a pool view, 2nd or 3rd floor, but the app does not provide a speciall request area for guests to fill in regarding their stay. I'm saddened as I'm typing these, not so great comments, in here regarding our stay with Embassy Suites. Maybe next time it will be better maybe not. like

We paid for the king suite premium which is SUPPOSED to have snacks replenished daily and when we arrived there was nothing so we asked the front desk, they did bring it that day, but that was the ONLY day it was brought and we paid extra for that.

My only dings on this hotel were not all the elevators were working (possible maintenance was happening) and due to the 115-120 degree heat the air conditioning didn’t cool adequately. Other than those, the hotel was great. Beautiful layout and rooms.
