Mesa? More like Messy, AZ

We got there and had to change rooms due to all the towels on the floor. We were given a new room, and it wasn't much better. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room, mainly bathroom, ourselves. Turned off the lights to go to sleep and the roaches came out. Staff at the front desk was friendly but I think they need help with cleaning staff.

I purchased 2 rooms. One of the rooms the bed was being held up by a metal kitchen pan Condom on the wall by the bathroom. The room was disgusting

The room was not clean / floor was dirty. Had to wash our feet before we could put our shoe on. Found bugs in the bed (bed bugs) food in the micro ways found a bottle in the freezer. Refrigerator was dirty, tub was not clean had dog track in and around the sides.

Do not stay here! This place should not be open for business. Looks like they were housing homeless during covid. Unsafe, unclean, unlivable. They only positive was I got a refund with no hassle.
