Do not stay here! The rooms are disgusting; I’m so glad I went to look at my room before we agreed to stay here. There were stains on the sheets, the air conditioner sucked, paint chips all over the floor, the acrylic of the tub was missing in several spots, and there was a notice on the door for a mandatory pest control visit at 10:00-10:30 am and if we did not let them in then we would be charged for it. Do not stay here!!!

The staff were nice. The room we goot looked like it needed updating. The bed was comfortable but they did not have pillowcases on them which i thought was a little funky. Had to use a towel over the pillow. Aside from that, i slept comfortably and for the 1 night i was there, the room setved it's purpose which was yo sleep and shower there then went along my way.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating price was good and they are very fair. I did smoke a couple of cigarettes in the room it was late at night and forgot to go outside. She was very fair about it. The only complaint is the pool was getting empty. I think they were doing repairs. Plenty of parking and waffle house is walking distance.

This place needs some love, however the parking was fine and the ac was good and the bed was comfortable. The exhaust fans cover was hanging down and unplugged because it is from the early 1900s. Now a new fan should be put in it’s not a big deal just to keep you on the up and up because I care man. I hope I don’t get sick from the condition of said fan because it was exposed and who knows what could have fallen out until I put it against the ceiling like it should be. Anyone with any type of skills could have done that, so I don’t know why it wasn’t properly secured. That’s all

Dirty in North Phoenix

This facility is conveniently accessed from the freeway and and has ample parking. It looks nice on the outside. However, it appears that this is a property used for short-term housing for homeless person's and families who are subsidized through government programs. There is quite a lot of smoking outside of the rooms. It is recently painted, but the maintenance is very poor (cracked second floor walkways, rusted plumbing, sticky around trash cans). Furniture is basic and lower quality (uncomfortable mattress and linens).

The room's carpet was flithy and smelt bad. The bathtub had visible black stains (mold?) and the mattress was soiled. When addressing this with staff i was told to find another place to stay.

I really liked the staff. Friendly, helpful. I have stayed here years ago. The property is in much better condition than before. The property was in terrible condition. The pool was dry, the bathtub should be replaced, and the concrete on the upstairs walkway was torn up and so uneven that it's a tragedy waiting to happen. I wished I could upload photos that I took to illustrate just how bad the room and property was.
