When I got there on Wednesday, they thought they had a room ready for me. The key didn’t work so I had to wait for another room, but it was before check in so I have to give them that so when the room was ready, and I went in and unpacked I found out one of the appliances wasn’t working, which was a small microwave And they said they have to look for another oven so it didn’t work so I said well what if I bought a small oven and you reimburse me and they said no so I bought the oven and used it and then I asked them if I would check out a day early, would you reimburse me and they said yes that’s OK But when I tried to check out at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday, they were closed until 10 and I said I have to get out of here so Before 11 AM, I contacted them and they checked me out but the beginning of the day when they said if you are unhappy, you can just stay somewhere else

The staff was extremely rude we had a pull out bed and they wouldn’t give us sheets. The pull up bed was dirty had no sheets, no pillow. Who is the worst place I ever stood I wish I could’ve had a refund

When we arrived no one was at the lobby so we were stuck outside with no hotel room and no one that could assist. We waited for two hours for someone to finally arrive at 11 pm. Once we finally arrive to the room, it smelled like someone smoked cigarettes inside and everything in the room looked dirty. We asked for a refund and they did not want to refund the money as we had already checked in. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling. Do not stay there it is definitely not worth it for the price.

It was supposed to be a none smoking room and there was cigarette burn marks in the bathroom sink. Kitchen was terrible. There was a stain in the couch and a dirty sock from the previous person who stayed there I'm sure. None variable smell just plain disgusting. Terrible terrible experience had to leave disnt even stay the night.

This place closes if you can’t check in by 10pm, which we weren’t aware of until after seeing the email confirmation of our “nonrefundable” reservation. The front was locked up and we couldn’t even get a hold of anyone on the outside courtesy phone. I’ve never seen anything like it. What chain hotel completely shuts down at 10pm? We were forced to book another hotel nearby and thankfully they had availability. No response on messages I sent asking for a refund. Beware.

Stocking the room was poorly done.
The hotel desk closes overnight from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Therewere two bath towels, no hand towels, no wash clothes, and no way to make coffee. There was no microwave and zero cooking utensils. A small pot for boiling water and a cup or two would have been helpful. The vinyl sofa was worn and needed to be reupholstered. There was only one chair at the kitchen counter dining area when there should have been two chairs. Accessablity was good.
