Well my stay was all right except i stayed for 4 nights and they expected me to pay for towels. That is crazy to.have to pay for towels. It wasnt told to me at check in.

At least the air conditioning was good
1. No breakfast or coffee. Online said grab and go breakfast with coffee. 2. 3 in the room but only allowed 2 towels. Had to go buy some towels at Walmart. If we needed clean towels we were charge $1.75 per day 3. Fold out bed did not fold out completely before hitting the wall. Mattress was stained and full of crumbs. 4. Fridge and microwave dirty 5. Bathroom had red dye stains on the walls (maybe hair dye) and dried pink nail polish on floor. 6.if you needed kitchen utensils you could “purchase” dinner ware for $20 or pots and pans $40 7. No house keeping unless staying more than a week 8. Had to ask for bedding for pull out bed. Was given 1 sheet and a pillow. Front desk lady said they had water issues and were trying to catch up on laundry but wasn’t sure if she would have a blanket for the pull out or not. Luckily we had a blanket with us 9. Pool was never open and was very dirty. I forgot to take a picture. 10. Phone did not work 11. Buttons 1, 2, and 3 did not work 12. Went to check out at 7am and lobby was locked with a sign that said “open from 10am-10pm”.

I booked and was told at front desk I can't cancel and they wouldn't take cash or prepaid card for a deposit so I was charged for the night anyway and had to go elsewhere...the booking said cancel anytime and didn't charge my card until later....I was never able to check in.......

I had booked for four days and wanted to extend my stay so I was told mark new reservations which I did and paid for the extended days well his morning I went to go and tell the front desk that I had new reservations I was told they need to check the room I had no problem with this I was asked is anyone in the room and I stated yes my daughter that was visiting me the housekeeper which was rude came back and said she has a dog in her room mind u the dog was my daughter's not mine and was told they couldn't extend my stay I said that I had paid for the extended days and was told with a attitude to call extended stay directly Ando did and they sad they could not refund me my money mind u it was 420 dollars

The front desk associate was extremely rude and disrespectful, the quality of any stay is dependent upon the quality of the service at check in. No matter how long your trip is for, first impressions will always impact the overall experience!

3 day stau
First room, stove didn't work. They moved us but to ta room that had a recliner for the 3rd (paid) member staying here. The room was better but sleep was not happening in that recliner. Oh yeah, and they people above apparently are gymnast.
