Used to be good. No longer though.

Property has been deteriorating for the last four years. Desk said upgrades will start this n April but that didn't help this trip. Kitchen faucet leaked all night and the shower was stuck on full hot so no shower. Xlicia the desk woman was very helpful but nothing she could do. At least the elevator which was broken for more than a year was fixed. Hope the new owners are good. Stay away until you see improved reviews.

Children jumping at 2:00am and again @5:00am, we understand that this family live here, but why put out of town travelers, in the same wing? Bathroom sink backed up from first hand wash on, leaking under sink, with a large trash can catching leaking drops, very annoying while trying to sleep. My husband brought to morning managers attention, his response was “housekeeping is supposed to inform him and obviously they didn’t”. Have stayed here in the past, and was satisfied, difficult to enjoy stay this trip.

First of all, when I arrived, there wasn’t a front desk person. She eventually came out from another area. When I get to my room it is unbearable. It reeked of a very strong perfume of some kind probably a cleaning solution. I had to turn off the A/C and open the window for the duration of my stay. The building is outdated and in need a makeover. The cabinets in the kitchenette area were in need of a facelift. The laminate was peeling away.

When I checked in my reservation was not found even though I had an email confirmation so I had to rebook my reservation at a higher rate. When I finally did get to my room I did not have a shower curtain and I called the front desk and they brought one up. The room itself was fine. It could have been slightly cleaner. The kitchen was not stocked with anything as far as amenities, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Which I find kind of strange if they're going to have a kitchenette. The TV was fine. The remote was very touchy wasn't real easy to use if I had to stay here again, I most likely wouldn't. I was only here for a specific reason this weekend

Check in was fine. Agent was friendly and helpful. Once in the room, a VERY strong odor of air freshener was evident to a point of inducing headaches. Which makes me wonder what are they trying to mask. Room seemed cleaned, but seeing stained/mildewy office chair; bathroom cabinet door needing repair or repainting makes me feel that the room is unclean. We are here for one night so will put up with it. Maintenance issues are also evident. Security door latch is very loose and will likely break away if someone pushed on the door hard enough; kitchen sink faucet will not turn off without finagling the handle. This was my first time staying at an Extended Stay property and honestly will be my last.

I felt like the value was just not there.

This was a … unique experience. First, the ladies I encountered at the desk were pleasant enough. Not much they could do about my complaints so I mostly kept them to myself until I checked out. I’m a woman traveling solo. My dad was having major surgery and I just needed a comfortable, quiet place to sleep for one night. That was definitely not my experience here. Upon arrival I was shocked at the smell. The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke! The water was barely luke warm (highly disappointing. All I wanted was a hot shower). The bed was like laying on a piece of cardboard. The walls were insanely thin. The people across the hall were coming and going all night. Calling the front desk did no good. And don’t even get me started on the fridge inside the room! It made a huge clunking noise every 30 minutes. Also, there was not a single trash can in the room. I’m sorry but, what? There was a small kitchen, but zero things to cook with. No utensils. Nothing. Why offer a kitchen and no way to utilize it?! When I checked out I was nice to the girl at the desk, but did tell her it was not great and I would not be back. She apologized and said they are under renovations. That’s fine? Maybe let your prices reflect that. $150 for one night at a hotel I couldn’t even get any sleep at is insane. Save yourself the discomfort and go elsewhere.
