The first room we were given reeked of animal urine and the bed was not made. The second room smelled better but the pullout bed was filled with pet hair, and dirt. There were no blankets on the beds and the room was not very clean. The hallways smelled badly ofurine and cigarette smoke

The staff(Xzavion) who checked us in was polite, pleasant, and welcoming. While the bed was comfy and the linens clean, the carpet was heavily stained, the couch had tears in it. Parts of the cabinetry was missing. Fortunately, we were only staying one night. Property definitely needs repairs and maintenance updates.

Everything about this Extended Stay was perfect, except for a dog that barked a few times. It wasn't late nate or early morning, it just surprised me around 4PM.

Very unsafe, drug deals happening inside in the stairwell and in the parking lot. Room smelled like urine and dead things. Didn’t even sit on the couch, left within 15 minutes. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

We have pets, but there was a dog down the hall that started whimpering around 2:45 am, and kept it up every 20 minutes. I don't know if he was left alone, or why the owner didn't attempt to quiet him down.

Absolutely horrible hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! Disgustingly dirty rooms. The bed is as hard as a rock. Shady people outside at all hours of the night. The room and hotel reek of mold. The pool water is green and dirty. After first night I asked for a refund and they would not give me one. The only thing they offered was a room slightly less dirty. I would highly recommend finding another hotel.
