The hotel had citchy modern industrial feel and fun atmosphere. The restaurant was good with great service. Now the negatives, the pool was too cold to get in, the card reader from the parking lot was inoperable, the front desk staffers were uninterested in helping and always on their phones, the room wasn’t that clean and daily service poor. The elevator is almost as slow as walking and the Suite we stayed in has almost zero storage and only four hangers. All in all nice change from a std hotel but substandard service when considering the price.
