There for less than 24 hours, but it was long enough to know this was a special place. Room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, food was delicious between the complementary breakfast and the onsite restaurant, pool/lounge area was exceptional. By far the best part, though, was the staff. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned with making sure our stay was wonderful - and they succeeded. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone visiting the Phoenix/Tempe area!

The front desk staff wasn’t even around (checked in around 7 PM), another guest had to poke their head and they finally came out to help us check in because they were on their phone. Our room was right next to the elevator. The rooms are cleaned every other day. On the third day, I asked multiple times for our room to be cleaned (because by 12 PM it still hadn’t been cleaned. ) we left and came back at 11 PM and all they did was refresh the towels. Our bed wasn’t made up and the empty lotion bottle was just left there (which hadn’t even been replaced from the previous guests already). Worth mentioning this place is still under construction. The free breakfast ends at 9:30, EV charging is expensive for what it is, and the staff seems checked out and inattentive. Wouldn’t recommend. Spend money elsewhere.
