This was a nice place to stay and Rueban at the front desk was so nice. Our issue was after we got home we realized my husband had left his medical pillow there on the bed, it was white and blended in with all the bedding. We called immediately and were told it wasnt there, which we know it was, so someone obviously stole it. He called them and they didnt see it in the lost and found. I tried calling to speak to the manager and was hung up on twice. So needless to say our opinion was not a good one.

The only minor issue is in the 3 days we were there,breakfast was served later than advertised. Didn't affect us but it did others and complained ,some had somewhere to be or leaving for airport early. Maybe staffing issue at that time,hopefully temporary. Otherwise everything else was great .

Decent hotel, would consider staying again. Clean but bed was super lumpy and sunk in spots. Breakfast was also very limited, only ended up grabbing orange juice but was appreciated. Parking felt pretty safe.

We booked a room through Expedia for three nights. Upon arrival the hotel told us that the cost would be almost 50% more than the booked price. Even when showed our reservation, they refused to honor it and they charged us the higher price. Seems like "bait and switch" to us. We won't stay at this hotel again and we won't use Expedia.
