I never write reviews but this was not acceptable for the price I paid. The only lights that worked in my room were the entry and bathroom. The lamp didn’t reach an outlet and the desk lamp light bulb was burnt out. The shower made an extremely loud noise in the wall and had very low water pressure. I wasn’t told I needed to pay for daily parking when I checked in and got a parking ticket.

Hotel was ok. Bathroom was old and dirty. Tile was unacceptably gross. Carpet in room was old gross and wrinkled. My shower failed this morning as I was running out the door. No cold water so it was basically no pressure of scalding hot water. Could not shower before my business meeting today will not be back to this property.

This hotel looks very dated with the low ceilings so it felt a little claustophic in the hallways. My room didn't have any hand soap by the sink so I had to reach into the shower when I needed to wash my hands. There was extremely limited counter space, but it did have some shelves to put items on which helped eliminate the problem. I ate dinner in the onsite restaurant on Friday evening. The food was delicious but it was pretty pricey for a side salad and 2 taquitos ($25.00) There was only one person working both the bar and table tops so the poor girl was running like crazy. The live singer was nice to sit and listen to while eating dinner.

Great location. We love staying there. Wonderful customer service. They go above and beyond. Carpet in room was old and wearing out so they need to probably replace. Comfortable beds and daily room cleaning was nice.

Good property and hotel but not worth the cost. Pretty expensive for the services provided. The pictures provided online were misleading. Rooftop was closed and no bar up there. Pool had no lights on at night even though it was “open”. No room service, had to go to the bar for drinks. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Great location, lots to do around the area and a 20 minute drive to Scottsdale. Still a great spot but would have paid less for a different hotel had we known the conditions and not having everything that was listed online.

The stay was decent overall. The room was clean, but the hotel could improve by offering more amenities like a complimentary coffee bar or free bottled water. Additionally, I found the beds to be a bit uncomfortable.

The building and area felt a little older and maybe a little run down, but everything was well cared for and clean in our room. The staff member who checked us in was very kind and helped us with information about how to get to our activities while we were there.
