The pictures were an inaccurate representation of what the rooms were really like. There was a desk but no desk chair. Walls had sections of unpainted areas. Surrounding area was littered with garbage, what looked like drug dealers, and what appeared to be a prostitution ring in the hotel and in a car parked in the parking lot. It was so bad we left early and checked into another hotel and didn't even try and get a refund. I'll never stay there again.

This place was scary, dirty & the service from the clerk was terrible. I was there with family for a funeral, we had 2 rooms, both with issues. My room the toilet was clogged, only hot hot water came from the shower. When i asked for assistance for the toilet the night clerk brought up the plunger for me to unclog the toilet - after several accepts to unclog it never worked. I requested a refund as i could not stay another day - i will never visit that place again!

The only thing I liked was that they upgraded me to the suite only because they kept putting me in a wrong room 3 times when I brought it to their attention the first time having a room mixup. I didn’t like the going back and forth with a room when I just wanted to come wind down and relax in the room. Even with the suite upgrade, the fire alarms kept beeping every minute in that suite and we ran out of hand soap so I again went to the front desk to tell them about it. They really didn’t do much about it and I couldn’t sleep through the night because of the beeps. I overall grade this hotel a 2 out of 5 stars 👎

After concert
Noticed homeless encampment nearby shortly after checking in. That night noticed screen on window was on the floor. Window also wouldn't lock. Front desk said maintenance wouldn't be back til morning. Felt unsafe, checked out and was reimbursed for one night stay a couple of days later

The pictures posted are deceiving. We had to keep our socks on due to the carpet being filthy. Front desk clerks were really nice. Breakfast was a regular, nothing amazing continental breakfast. We had a voucher to use so we paid very little for this room but I would definitely not pay full price to stay here. The hotel is runned down and the bed is very uncomfortable. The AC unit was very old and it made noise ALL night and it took a few hours for the room to get somewhat cooled off. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you have a voucher and need a place to stay to get some rest for a few hours only. We were driving through and needed to get some sleep before getting back on the road.

Everything was great except the bed was not comfortable it was like sleeping on a springboard. I got little to np sleep the first night!

Freeway access makes the hotel convenient, but i would not recommended it for any other reason. I don't see myself ever staying there again. One word describes it. Dirty.
