We came by to check in earlier in the day and my wife stood at the front counter for 10 minutes and no one came to help. We then left and came back an hour later. The employee was outside smoking, then came in To help. The room was dated and clean, but had a dirty feeling. There was a plug in the outlet that had 4 additional plugs in it. The light blinking uncontinuosly. There was a bug on the bed when we first got there but I smushed it before even thinking about it. Booked at the last second, served its purpose.

The sink would make a glug glug sound and then the entire unit would smell like sewage. At some point on the second day, they were using a pluming auger in some rooms and the sewage smell permitted through the entire facility. We called the front desk about these issues and received no answer, and no call back… ever. Housekeeping is said to occur every third day. that did not happen. We requested specific Housekeeping like toilet paper as we were there for five days, that did not happen. We purchased our own. We requested pool towels when we’re going out to the pool, which was in the shade and bloody cold. They said they would have to bring them out to us when we were poolside. that did not happen. I had to walk into the lobby, dripping, wet and cold to request the towels. The pullout sofa bed made a ruckus every time my daughter would move in bed, waking us up and we are by no means light sleepers. The unit itself is OK. The staff seem friendly enough. But their execution is lacking. Very basic things were overlooked for the entire duration of our five days with them despite our better efforts to get assistance. Good news is DoorDash can actually come straight up to your room and for the most part do. So if you ever need emergency toilet paper or you can just DoorDash it. Good luck!

Front desk staff was terrible. Room had tons of problems…tv didn’t work, shower didn’t drain, shower temperature did not work at all. Only good think about stay is that bed seemed clean and was comfortable. Would never recommend or stay here again.

Staff entered room twice while I was gone. Not to clean or refresh towels, but to turn on both TV’s and move the remote. That was it. I took a picture to prove it. Tried to speak with staff but I don’t think she understood because she was using a translation app. Not a great area, graffiti, homeless people. In room- Broken window (exterior window payne), broken TV, overall not that clean.

The room was ok, lacks sound proofing of any kind. The website indicates shuttle when in fact it is just an uber that they order for you. Family of 4 with two small kids had to cramp everything and ourselves into a car.
