Definitely not what we were expecting. Staff was good, but the hotel was very dirty. It really needs some work. The bed was comfortable, but carpets in dire need of a good shampoo or replacement. Lots of damage on the walls… sort of covered with paint. If our arrival wasn’t so late, I would not have stayed

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was bad about it. For the money, it is a rip off. Very noisy, tv did not work. Paint peeling off walls and doors. The workout room had old equipment and no mats. Breakfast was not good or healthy. Bad neighborhood . Total rip off for the money.

Check in took 25 minutes but not really the fault of the front desk staff. While we were waiting one guest came back and said her room hadn't been cleaned. Then when we got our room ours hadn't been cleaned either. We were given an upgrade which we appreciated. Toilet paper is cheap and towels are thin. This place needs to get its act together a little better.
