Check in was a pain. Not too friendly at the desk. I had called ahead because my kids were gonna get there before me. The person at the desk made a note and it was supposed to be all set, when they got there it wasn't if they had to wait in the lobby till they'd get a hold of me and then it was still a pain in the neck. The food was absolutely horrendous at breakfast. Plus it's not in a great area.

1. the workers were welcoming and officient 2/ we personaly keep kosher food\diet' and if moere prodacts would have had kosher sings on them (like bagels etc.) it would improove our stay.
