Best part of the stay was the receptionist Sunshine. She was wonderful. However during the stay, we were not able to check in at check in time as they didn't have any rooms. And we came back 4 hours later to find out that they gave our room away and had no more of that style. Sunshine was able to switch our room to an upgrade but that meant we lost the double beds and ended up with a king size bed. We were grateful to have a room and thanks Sunshine for all her help. But the room was not really set up for myself and our two kids. They're definitely were not enough blankets and one of the sheets was dirty. The bathtub was really scratchy like they just redone it but they didn't sand it down all the way. Hopefully the hotel gets some upgrades soon.

Nogative:The front reception is okay. The problem is the dust. The sofas have dust accumulation that needs to be washed. The arm rests on the sofas are shiny due to accumulated layers of dirt. Negative2: Fountain water at the reception had a weird taste to it and made me sick for two days Negative3:the fact that Arizona is dusty, they should change the rooms floors ftom carpets to wooden floor for easy cleaning. Floors were dusty Positive: breakfast was pretty decent Positive:clean bead sheets and towel

Trying to get a ride to airport was a nightmare. They had Uber set up for me but 3 rides cancelled on me. Eventually they called VIP taxi which was there in 2 minutes. Shout out to VIP taxi for saving my flight

The only thing going for this place is the staff and the cleanliness. The area is a bit dodgy... and the hotel itself is bare bones and looks like it was given the "landlord special" when needing repairs and updates. I needed just a place to sleep one night in Phoenix, and it did just that. You can hear other guests, feel the edges of springs on the side of the bed, only one elevator working, they didn't have any milk alternative at breakfast so not many options when your dairy free. (couldn't even get a cup of coffee unless it was black). BUUUUT the only saving grace... and why I didn't run out of there... was that it's clean. You can tell the staff cares, and they were super nice and helpful and friendly.
