The rooms are super spacious and clean! The staff is nice and the beds are SUPER comfortable. I loved the walk in closet area and the separate bedroom. Would stay again. Some updates are needed inside the rooms. The lampshades were stained and some of the furniture needs repair and updating. The concrete needs help as well. Some of the steps going up to the rooms were moving underneath me. Overall it’s a thumbs up.

Amazing walk up hotel.

Beautiful hotel very clean wonderful area. The only thing I wish I knew was that the hotel is a walk up so no elevators. We were on the 3rd floor and my knees were not ready 😂

Better than expected. Hope to use in the future!

Somehow we didn't realize our reservation was a suite setting with kitchen (equipment supplied)-which could help us in a future reservation. We'd called ahead to check in a bit early and found a pleasant voice assuring us it was okay. The folks caring for the daily breakfasts were efficient and friendly. Checked with the front desk the day before we checked out to verify check out procedures and were assured we could do so without stopping by the front desk (very early the next morning to catch a flight). Furthermore, received an email detailing online check out. Fabulous!

The refrigerator was clanking all night. We had to close the bedroom door but could still hear it. The room coffee was terrible and when we left for our flight the coffee in lobby wasn’t put out yet which was a big disappointment.

We stayed for 4 nights and the reservation was made 9 months ago. The only rooms available when we checked were on the 3rd floor with no elevator! We were on a road trip for 6 months and had to empty everything out of our car and carry up 3 flights if stairs. I understand that it’s not the employees fault but I’m shocked that Hyatt couldn’t provide better accommodations for senior citizens or at least warn them ahead of time… Also the whole time we were there the hot tub wasn’t operating at least with hot water…. And our room wasn’t cleaned the 4 nights we stayed. There are plenty of hotels in the areas and we didn’t need to put up with that inconvenience.

I have stayed at this property a couple times. It is very nice but, this time the air conditioning in our room was not working. I went to the front desk and they were able to get us in a room very close to our original room and we were very happy. Overall it is a very nice place to stay.

Great location to walk to Fashion Square or The Breakfast Club. No elevators but this small hotel is clean and comfortable.

Great location near Old Town. Lots of restaurants near by. The pool needs some improvement. Not enough chairs for the size of the hotel. The sofa bed we HD for our teenager was very bad. Do not book that type of room unless it is for a young kid. Breakfast were good and plenty of choices.
